Easiest insurers I've ever dealt with 💯
I got an amazing price from Craig when I got the call back after filling out the quote form. He was extremely helpful the whole way through the process. And, because I had to get details of the named driver on my policy, it was always Craig that called me back at the times that suited me best. This meant I didn't have to repeat everything I had already said to a different agent with each phone call.
It makes such a difference knowing that when I ring, I will get to speak to the same person every time.
And got over €300 knocked off the quote my previous insurer had given me! Win, win 🏆 🙌

The customer service agent was extremely friendly, courteous, understanding and helpful, calling me back as promised, promptly and in an efficient manner.
This is my initial insurance policy with Out and I am hopeful that any further interactions into the future will be as smooth a process.
I am also hopeful that the additional competition in the market, will at some point ensure that pricing is competitive.
