If I could give a zero, I would.
I spent 20 minutes filling out their online form, only to get a callback where I had to spend another 25 minutes repeating every single answer. Their agents do not pass information along, forcing you to start from scratch. On top of that, they wouldn’t even give me a quote until I went to the trouble of requesting a past report from my current insurance company. Total waste of time.To make things worse, their customer service is entirely transactional and lazy. After posting my initial review, Outsurance posted a completely AI-generated apology. They later replied a second time with the exact same copy-and-pasted AI response. I even spoke with a supervisor twice to resolve this, but that was just another massive waste of time.They do not listen, and they do not care. AVOID.

A guy called Derek took my call and am so glad that he did.Really nice to deal with and great at his job.Really explained everything and answered all my questions.Was great to hear that outsurances policy is to reward loyal customers unlike all the others who I have been with over the last 20 years.Got a great price and so easy to set up as this is usually a nightmare with copies of licence and forms to fill.Really happy I made the change.also Very easy to contact ye and no long waiting times.

they cancelled my insurancfor unpaid direct debit i wem to hospital for over 6 months try to bac as a customer they say no. i got all medical reports. and reasons wots happened they say no. ridiculous no recommended. AVOID
