Incredibly helpful and friendly person on the phone who was able to explain everything. Gave me space for 24 hours (scheduled call) so I could make a decision, shop around further and also have time to cancel my own insurance. Really great experience. Price was also €200+ cheaper then my previous offering with a different broker.
