I got an amazing price from Craig when I got the call back after filling out the quote form. He was extremely helpful the whole way through the process. And, because I had to get details of the named driver on my policy, it was always Craig that called me back at the times that suited me best. This meant I didn't have to repeat everything I had already said to a different agent with each phone call.
It makes such a difference knowing that when I ring, I will get to speak to the same person every time.
