Oxford Biolabs Ltd., a company you can trust

I have been a satisfied customer for years now, and this company’s products have always delivered on their promises. Besides, and importantly, they have a very helpful and friendly customer service department (today I spoke with Ivanna), flexible, too, and always keen to be of assistance when needed. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

An excellent customer services operation in all respects

I rang Oxford Biolabs to change the list of their products which I regularly order. Initially the girl who answered was very difficult to hear, because of noise on the line. She then said she would call me back, which she did. The return call was quiet and she was very friendly and helpful and wanted to know how I rated her. It was a great pleasure from start to finish.

I needed to revise and amend my normal order for TRX2 capsules, which meant deferring a current order and adding another product to the 3 monthly subscription.

I was helped by the customer service to achieve my aims with no fuss, and look forward to the arrival of the new product.

Happy with support team but you need to sort out DHL - three times they have messed up the delivery! Most recently I've ended up paying for two orders (400 Euros) because we thought the original had been lost.
