The service team are superb - particularly Rozeena Ali and Tim Durkin who are always responsive, proactive and helpful.

Purchased BMW i4 from North Oxford BMW.
Met by receptionist who was very welcoming. Showroom is well set out and nice area for a tea or coffee.
Viewing and Test drive of car was arranged easily over the phone.
Met Keiran Finch from sales team he was very polite and went to test drive and answered any questions we had and explained how everything worked.
Also met his colleague Ben Upton who assisted with negotiations and very helpful with paperwork etc
Car was prepared for weekend to collection
Would highly recommended asking for them if you visit as they were both professional and had good knowledge on cars.
Full marks and excellent customer service.

Warning light issue diagnosed and the team were able to book me in very quickly and replace the faulty PCU on my vehicle.

Purchased a new vehicle in March 2026 from Ben and Declan and their team. Vehicle had a few issues at handover that the team at North Oxford very quickly acknowledged, reviewed and apologised for. Arranged a same level loan vehicle that was dropped off at my home and then went above and beyond in their rectification of the vehicle. What started as a negative really was dealt with professionally and the surprise and delight provided was truly exemplorary. If you are looking for a new/used BMW I would recommend North Oxford BMW as we know issues occur, but it is how they are dealt with that really matter.

I would recommend this garage for service , MOT and car maintenance , but not sure about sales
Over the past 3 years ,I tried several times to get an approved used car form them but never worked , they didn’t have what I was looking for ,and I don’t think they put great efforts to get me what I need from other BMWs show rooms despite providing them with several selections and I’m not sure if they ever tried !
The only positive point this time was Kyla who is a new sales representative , she met me without a previous appointment when I was waiting for the MOT of my BMW to finish . She spent long time and put a lot of effort trying to help me and she was in contact with me till the last minute.
Eventually I had to travel to North Wales to get the car I wanted.

I booked the MOT + Service for my wife's i3 a few weeks ago. I arrived at NOG just before 10.30 for the planned 2 hour appointment. The service advisor, Rozeena Ali dealt with me efficiently and politely, taking my mobile number so I could be contacted when the car was ready. I was then away visiting a local friend for 2 hours. The call came, I walked back, the car was ready and looking immaculate after a complementary wash. I paid and then Rozeena helped me set up 'My BMW' on my phone for the i3 and also my own 420d. Great service, very satisfied.

I had a problem with my car and I was initially told I would have to wait for the next appointment that was 10 days away. I explained that I was going away and needed the car earlier plus for work and I have young kids and Rozeena came to the rescue and offered me an appointment much sooner - all was seamlessly done and my car was ready earlier than expected. Rozeena always goes the extra mile- my parents are also clients and agree. No task is too much.

North Oxford offers a fantastic quality of service from the first point of new or approved-used sale through to aftersales support and regular servicing. I wouldn't hesitate to take my M car there for its routine servicing requirements, knowing that it's in the best hands and knowing too that the pricing is proportionate and clearly explained. Rozeena Ali is an expert advisor, incredibly knowledgeable about all mechanical aspects of my car. Always responsive and accommodating when arranging appointments, Rozeena also ensures a first-class experience on the visit itself, keeping me updated about progress and collection arrangements. Simply put it’s exactly what you expect from a BMW dealer. Can’t fault them from start to finish. They made the entire process easy and going the extra mile when needed. The staff were excellent especially Charlotte for staying late and going through the new car to make sure I understood every button. Would buy from them again

I had issues with both the door entry lights.
Rozeena Ali booked in my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process.
On the day the works were undertaken Rozeena was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Over the years I've purchased 3 S1000's from these folk, if for no other reason than the sales guys were friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. However those people have now since left and gone to work in other dealerships (1 of the guys mentioning, to put it politely, intolerable management). I took my bike here for a service and wanted to take an M1000 out for a test ride (you know, like I've done with the other 3 bikes that I purchased) however 2 of the apparent "sales individuals" decided to speak briefly to me (1 rude young man with a big chip on his shoulder), and then just walked into an office to speak with someone who I presume was a superior. Both of these individuals then exited and informed me that they didn't have a bike they could allow me out on. And, the test bikes are only there for people who are actually for customers that are looking to purchase bikes. Clearly making the assumption that I had no intention of looking at a 4th bike. This is the 2nd time that I've visited here and found staff with a profound issue with being polite, engaging or humorous when engaging with customers. If however these people are under the illusion that customers have tolerate this behaviour and that social media won't be used to warn others, they can rest assured we absolutely have a voice.

Excellent service & truly professional. The Sales Executive (Tobie) was outstanding

This was for an INEOS, not for a BMW.
Service desc manager, Cameron Hodson’s performance today was absolutely outstanding.
There were some small teething issues with our Grenadier, so we had our car booked in for some possible warranty defects.
I was under the impression that we were to leave the car there for a day or two, in the hope that the garage would solve all the defects.
Little did we know, that Cameron and the team behind the scenes, were not only prepared to inspect and look at the potential problems right there and then, but also prepared to fix all listed issues within a couple of hours too!
What a wonderful experience and top result.
