they keep attempting to charge account after it's been cancelled for a long time. they have zero phone number, customer service is unresponsive --this company is a huge scam

Charges for a gift but says explicitly on their site they do not recur charges when it's a gift purchase. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call for help, they do not respond to emails or facebook messages. They are terrible and a scam. contacting CC Company and BBB to report fraud.

WORST customer service! I have contacted them on multiple occasions regarding a shipping issue that arose (we moved). It takes multiple emails to get a response. When they do finally respond I’m told it is changed and then nope next month same issue. After 3 months of this, I gave up. I can’t wait for this year to be over.

The worst customer service in the world. They do not provide any contact information as to whom to speak to when the deliveries have not arrived. I have sent them 4 emails since the package is 3 weeks late. They do not provide a direct contact number and their chat is worthless as i have been on it 5 times and no one responds to it. I am unsure as to whom or what to do next but I will now begin to post on very business related web page to hopefully gain they're attention.

I brought my Oyster Kit camping with me, and I'm glad I did. First off, the packing part of the trip was less stressful because all of the essentials I knew I would need were ready to go in the kit, and second, it took one moment to pack the whole kit due to its compact design, so that was very convenient—it makes preparing for a trip that much easier. I ended up using more items than anticipated, including the first aid kit, wine glasses (those were a hit!), napkins, cutlery, and phone charger. The kit helped make the trip more enjoyable and even luxurious—for camping—so it's officially a must-pack item for any trip I embark on from now on.

My boyfriend and I love to go on spontaneous last minute trips and having an oyster kit has made that so much easier. We use it for everything from going on hikes to our summer vacations to the beach. I recommend Oyster Kits to everyone who loves to travel!

I take my Oyster Kit with me everywhere. It's the most stylish thing I own and couldn't be easier to use. A simple idea, done very well. I can't believe it took me this long to get one!

I don't review very often, but I wanted to express how much I like this product. My wife and I like to travel, especially back to Italy where I grew up. Over the years of making it to several destinations and doing all the tourist "stuff", we've discovered that we really like a more authentic experience than just quickly walking from place to place, eating tourist food and not feeling the culture of what a city or country could offer. Thus, we started wondering off the beaten path and just finding ourselves lost in the middle of smaller towns or in the country side. We had bought the kit a few months back and it was nice to actually carry it with us so that we'd have what we needed. you never know..wine by the duomo, or a picnic in Chianti, plus we just stuffed all of our other thing in it as it has a little more room to go. Plus, you get a luggage weight scale (which is always handy as we're always at the 49.99lb cusp :P) and a phone charger battery pack, so win win. There are a lot of other handy things in there but we didn't have a chance to use them yet, though I see the benefit in case you need them. Overall great product!

The Oyster Kit is an amazing product! I just did a week long PCH road trip and I can't tell you how many times the Oyster Kit absolutely saved the day.

We used the gift as a raffle prize. Very well received will use again.

The perfect gift for the clueless guy to buy for his wife/girlfriend/sister/etc. The kit has so much variety that there will be multiple items that will make your woman smile. TSA-approved items make packing easier for you and check-in easier at the gate. The sales staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I could not imagine a better purchasing experience.
