Tapu problems with ÖZAK DRAGOS
This review is for the ÖZAK DRAGOS Maltepe project.
One star, because the project (location etc.) is really good.
BUT...
Özak's behaviour and communication is not what you would expect. When I bought an off-plan apartment, they promised to deliver the Tapu (Kat İrtifakı) within 2 months. At first, it kept getting delayed. Later they informed me that, due to a management decision, the Tapu would not be transferred until after the apartment had been handed over.
Update:
Downgraded from 2 to 1 star as Özak now postponed the handover of the apartment from August 2026 to December 2026/January 2027.
That means, Tapu will be handed over approx. 2 years after purchase.
