No consideration for their customers
Website is constantly out of stock. When they are in stock, postage and delivery is sporadic and unreliable.
They do honour posting it via 'Express Post', but they don't post it expressly. Its taken over a fortnight before they have posted my express orders before.
I have called them over 20 times, during differing times of the day, trying to find the status of an order. They have never picked up or returned my calls.
I have sent a number of emails as well. Asking for expected restock dates or the status of an order (my orders are often $200+, so valuable enough to be concerned about). I have received no responses to these either.
Overall, the product is good. Dealing with the company is an exercise in frustration and futility. They conduct themselves in a manner that highlights their low regard for their customers. If you want the BeetIt product, buy it from anywhere else. Its not worth the frustration.
