Premium members is a scam
Premium members is a waste of money it looks like its generated with fake names taken from a random name generator why bother wasting $15 when they can steal and hire actors and actresses to act like people won and rug pull more money out of idiots who waste $15 hoping they'll win money nice try OzLotteries I hope people catch you out of your scam. 🤡
Edit: thanks for the reply Oz Lotteries 1) you are a scam 2) It's not fair cause one person can win once and win again a few months later so double picked isn't "fair" as you put it. 3) you're a company is a run side scam who are scamming innocent people out of cheap shit discounts and a unfair amount of enteries for a paid fee i hope your company burns down of bankruptcy and goes into administration cause of a scam.

Absolutely garbage you pay monthly membership which gets you absolutely nothing you never win anything. Closing the account was a headache they ask to verify your self even tho you messed them from within their stupid website like they don't know who you are . Its a trick they play to keep you on . Eventually i managed to lock my account for good by deleting my info and removing my cards. Years of money wasn't on this place. If you really want to by a lotto game go to the local shop and get a small game its cheaper as well .

Very difficult, frustrating and time consuming to close an account
I only opened an account to purchase a one-off Powerball ticket and had a very small win.
However, I now want to close my account and the utter rigmarole to withdraw winnings and close an account is appalling. You have to enter way too much personal information which I'm worried about being used inappropriately.
There is no online easy option to close an account - I suppose OzLotteries makes it difficult to close an account to keep gamblers in their clutches.
No answer to phone calls or live chat. I have now left an email and hopefully can get my account closed.
Would not recommend opening an account - it's too hard to get out of it.
