Beware of People who say they work for OZ Lotteries
Yes someone from your office contacted me by via email saying I won money but I believe there lying and wanting my personal information there hacking I want someone to do something he gave out his name and phone number and I have a screenshot of his badge his name is Mike Camper he said I insulted him he only said that after I told him I was not giving him my personal information he called me ignorant and a fool that's not how you handle things either I highly doubt that was him.

The funds of $83.17 are showing in your account as "Available Funds".
As these funds consist of your deposited funds and prize funds. However, on our systems customers are only able to withdraw their "Prize Funds". And to have the Deposited funds withdrawn, as you have made a direct deposit through your bank account you will need to contact your bank to initiate a retrieval.

1 - this is not the official powerball app
2 - they will demand your license AFTER you win - but they dont show that at the begining
3 - they wont offer refunds
Have reported to my bank and apple
BTW - dont tell me to reach out. i have already done that and received NOTHING except a demand for my passport or drivers license - NO WAY !!!

I lost trust after recent issue they caused . Where all people who was part of ticket bought share in 1 week advance. 30 min before the draw they said we could not get a ticket. These guys told us that you ticket is reserved when it was not . Ticket is not reserved untill its in the system . Complete scam to me now .

It’s a scam, try closing the account, there’s not even an option, some woman told me a year ago she’ll close the account, I get an email now stating they will charge fees now cause my accounts been inactive for 13 months?!

Absolutely no customer service I emailed three times I rang twice and after waiting ten minutes they just cut my call off. There info's saying they're open on Saturdays but they're not. Its time to give up attempting to win save money and wont have to deal with this poor excuse for a company
