Ticket cancelled on day of draw
Accepted payment for Lotto Party a day in advance. Received confirmation email from OzLotteries saying shares reserved and tickets will be issued 5:00PM on draw day. Again called the customer support line and they confirmed this verbally as well.
On draw day ticket was cancelled at 8:38PM (3hr and 38m) for unknown reasons. Then forcibly refunded to account (which is effectively a store credit that cannot be withdrawn back to cash).

Cancelled my ticket
Cancelled my ticket. No customer Support. No response to emails or messages. Cannot get in touch with them. Useless.
Edited to add that I booked these tickets a week in advance and had ticket numbers visible through the app. They weren’t last minute tickets.
