They DON'T deliver
I stayed home two full days waiting for my package, and no one ever showed up or rang our video doorbell. Despite this, they falsely claim based on their "GPS locations" they attempted delivery twice. After these so-called attempt, they refuse to deliver again.
Customer service is completely unhelpful, they won’t tell you where your package is and keep redirecting you to the supplier instead of taking responsibility.
Do not do business with this company. I'm based in the Netherlands.

The delivery dates and times kept getting changed. We got instructed by the company we bought the igen from to refuse the delivery which we did but the carrier guy scanned it as delivered and now I have to fight for 3 weeks for somebody find the return package so I dont have to pay.

Very very very bad
Very very very bad, de delivery driver won’t even walk upstairs. He just ringed the bell and walked back to his car. I hate this behavior so much. I was sprinting with putting clothes on, to maybey be in time to his van to collect it. Bur this guy wanted to go way to fast. Very very very bad service

All I want to do is to return a packet of Vidaxl and its been three times packs.nl sent me a pickup date and they never arrived. Guess what - they dont have a number to call (not for Vidaxl) and they do not reply to emails. Be very careful about using this so-called service

I tried to refund a bedframe from Bol.com and they directed the refund to Packs. It has been a month and not only you can only reserve in the weekdays but they also don't come as promised and I can't even reach them as I don't speak Dutch.

Worthless service and gives you the feeling of being scammed. Was given an ETA twice, both in the mornings. Both times I've got a message in the evening that no one was home. Both times we were.
Seeing all the reviews I will check the possibility to hold the sending party liable.

Order never arrived
I’ve had an unpleasant experience. I placed an order through Greetz, but unfortunately, my order never arrived.
Instead, I received a "not at home" notice with an option to reschedule the delivery. The same thing happened again the next day....my order still never arrived.

Simply Unreliable.
Packs was assigned to deliver my furniture on April 29th, but they falsely claimed I wasn’t home without ever attempting delivery. This wasn’t a one-off issue (their Google reviews are full of similar complaints).
I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but my calls were hardly picked up and no one responded to my emails. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with them. When I finally did, they told me they don’t deal with customers directly and only speak to suppliers, which made it even more frustrating to resolve anything.
They were scheduled by the vendor to deliver multiple times after that and failed to show up each time, without notice or explanation. I had to keep rearranging my schedule, stayed home from work for nothing, and even lost money rescheduling a handyman because I trusted their empty promises.
Their service was dishonest, unreliable, and completely lacking in communication. I wouldn’t trust them with delivering anything again and I wouldn’t trust any vendor that uses their services either.
