Been having problems with them, moved in on a Sunday, moved out Sunday morning 730 am, there saying I owe for a day, plus late fees, paid full weeks while there, if week started on Sunday move out Sunday early, don't owe, I had not problem with padsplit till there trying to charge another day, would not recommend if they don't do billing right, don't do it

The entire process of picking a home and applying was seamless and easy. I'm so glad I chose this spot! The house is kept very clean, the other residents are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the host is wonderful—very attentive and quick to respon

A true home away from Home!
This last host home was excellent, from its cleanliness to each room and common area, which were in excellent conditions. All appliances were in exceptional conditions and the host Brandon was always prompt as it pertained to responding to and completing and request sent to him. My experience succeeded expectations!!

I would say that PadSplit is Great…
I would say that PadSplit is a great program to get you back on your feet with housing stability. The application process was simple, and expedient. I am grateful for the affordable weekly rental payment option that it provides, and all the utilities being included. The benefits are high with PadSplit, especially if you have to rebuild your credit. I'm still new in the program, but I like how I have the choice to relocate to various states that offer this housing program as well, especially when my job requires traveling.

The house was filthy
The house was filthy. Nobody should live like that. I ended up cleaning it so I could stand it given that I didn’t have anywhere else to go but that was awful.

2 years to find a good host
2 years to find a good host. After several extremely unsafe and harmful experiences with hosts and other members. Too many hosts are the equivalent to the stereotypical “slumlord”. The worst part is that PadSplit didn’t seem to have full proof oversight and accountability measures to protect members from harm and losses to members as a result. Too many members violate rules and policies and create unpleasant, unsafe, harmful conditions and homes. What’s worst is hosts and PadSplit seem to have very little oversight and accountability measures to catch them and get them out after egregious offenses.

Traveling Padsplit Experiences
In my 5 temp residence experiences, I've NOT met a bad or unprofessional host. The rooms have consistently been on point and at a great value. The folks in Georgia are true customer service professionals as well. I travel in my work as an independent. Before Padsplit it was extended stays, which can be lofty in terms of monthly pricing. Padsplit has definitely saved me thousands!
