Host was super. Very supportive. All maintenance requests were handled, making residence top notch. Safety concerns were taken seriously by padsplit. The residence was clean. PadSplit went out of way for me. PadSplit treated me and my service dog with top notch respect. Even it's executive team communicated loving concern for us during our stay. Feels like an app to take advantage of people in a tight spot. Rental rates are too high for what you get. Zero quality control. Some properties refuse to resolve problems, most ads are highly misleading as to the state of the property and what it offers.

The fact I didn’t have to deal with fraudsters and shady landlords. This platform is blazing the the trail for people like me to decompress regroup and lock in without all the hassles of finding a place to lay your head when you literally live at work . This is a great alternative for renting....
I have found pad split and it is really working out great for me. Everyone I've worked with has been nice and very on top of there jobs. The house is beautiful. No complaints. Theres a couple things that still need to be done. But Im sure everything will get worked out in time.

Thoughtfully Laid Out Home
I really enjoy living in this home. There is great light with darkening curtains if you prefer. I love the light so don’t use them. Love the private bath. Kitchen is large and French doors to the patio provides a pleasant touch. Laundry area is in enclosed area off the kitchen and not directly next to a resident room. Very nice home. Good temperature control with individual heat/ AC units. Very nice. The host is very responsive to needs when they arise. Patio is very pleasant.

The house is good a few minor hick-ups but good. It’s the people who don’t really want anything that are destructive and nasty. Past the 3 packages stolen and the nasty house mates, it’s great I like the house and I’m pretty comfortable.

Threats aren’t taken seriously … an email reply isn’t going to cut it. I’m not sure that proper backgrounds are ran. Also mental health issues seem to come up a lot with PadSplit members. There are alot of unstable drug users ( alcohol, weed, meth) that are allowed to reside creating a very unsafe environment.

I've lived in four different pad/split…
I've lived in four different pad/split locations in the past two years. My current location is the best because of a few reasons. The management company PIN Property Group. They are professional and they care about this house and it's residents. The size of my room. One of the larger rooms for affordable price. Finally the house. It has the largest kitchen and two fridges. I like to cook so this is a major in my decision to stay here for some time.
