If I could it would be a minus score. DONT EVER THINK OF BUYING A NEW BUILD SHARED OWNERSHIP PROPERTY FROM THEM. They run out of money so they go at least 6 months overdue. They then change the spec on the property to try to recoup some money. And god help you when you try to get things fixed in the 1st year with a new property. They ignore you until the 1 year "snagging" time is up and then when they finally respond to you (supposedly within 5 working days) 2 months later the response i have had is that we are now out of the 1 year period so any repairs will need to be paid and arranged by us. I have obviously pointed out that on our 1 year inspection their were jobs that were notified as needing repair. But they don't scheduled someone to repair them in time. They also seem to get away with MAJOR FIRE SAFETY BREACHES. Our front door/fire door was not properly fitted from the day we moved in (we could see daylight through it when it is meant to be a sealed unit) they sent their useless handy man round and he said he just needed to adjust the latch or put up a strip of basically draft excluder. We obviously did not leave it there. On the 1 year expection they said our front door did not meet regulations. PA tried to send their handyman to fix it. We said we were getting surrey fire services to assess it for breach of fire and safety regulations. They agreed it was not fit for purpose. Guess what PA sent a professional round and he spent 2 hours sorting the door out to meet fire regs. He was bloody amazing. However we are still waiting for other repairs such as blown plaster on every corner in the property. But if they ever contact me to arrange repairs it is for the front door which I have told them now 5 times has been fixed. Then they don't want to know anymore. BUILDING/FIRE/HEALTH AND SAFETY breaches DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A PROPERTY FROM THEM
Still no response from PA housing to sort out the defects. They promise they will be in touch when you leave a shitty review. But again NOTHING. I SEE A COURT CAS COMING YOUR WAY PA HOUSING

I would recommend that there be some emergency service out of hours in case some1 loose key or it’s not working

Sara, a Tenancy Sustainment officer helped me to reapply for Universal Credit for my brother in law.
She regularly checked up on where we were with it and gave us suggestions to make sure he got what he is entitled to.

Shahaed at the Wolsey Building is very helpful. He has assisted me with all my inquiries. When my heating wasn't working, he knew how to diagnose and explain what the problem was. I recently bought a laptop and asked Shahaed to help me set it up. He took the time to assist me and helped set up my phone and WhatsApp on the laptop. Its reassurance that we have someone like shahaed at the office.

Pahousing 25 years parking problem s gun knife crimes and burglary inside job they not help me anything they not looking into my emails example 18 years antisocial behaviour I’m the victim they banned me to contact to them I’m the victim. I reported repair 1 years now January 2025 now December I have send over 60 emails 3 times survivors comes they said shortly we repair survivor they disappeared I have made over 70 telefon calls and my support workers To 7 to 10 times and my social prescribers are did report more than 15 times I have written to
My Mp 2 times. This is example 1 job with every job they like this you can’t get to the any manager at all every time they wrong and they blames on me I got my proof s now I start to record last 1 years I’m disabled layd 😞😭😭😭😭

I had no idea of what benefits were available to me until speaking to Kristie Brooker. She suggested I put in a claim for universal credit and see what would come of it. This has meant that I have given myself a much easier and faster way to get on top of my rent arrears.
I am so grateful as this has really eased the pressure on me.

I would like to highlight certain issues in purchasing shared ownership flats especially with PA housing in regards to leaking in my balcony, from the time I purchased the flat in Dec 2023
we reported it to PA housing and the developers Defcon who will not take any responsibility for the leak, i have sent a video which proves that water does not just leak through the edges of the balcony wall but in the centre from the beams , from the balcony above.
They say its the design which I disagree totally, i understand the water has nowhere else to go aa it was poor design ans not aure how it passed inspection i guess when it housing association they get passed. Even though these are faulty and cheap materials used , no guttering at all, so they trickledown the walls as no pipes in the design to allow rain water to flow down so it just wets up the walls but on top of that there is water leaking in the centre of my balcony ceiling and floods everything, i cant put out chairs or clothes as water just falls this is a fault and they won’t agree or repair or rectify it stating its in the design which is total nonsense , my neighbour above me has tried to repair
but does not help as there is a gap.
I cannot use my balcony at all if this is constantly water falling and wetting everyone , no one advised us of this when purchasing the flat. What is the use of the balcony
I have even had to put down plastic sheets on the floor to prevent the floor getting wet and my neighbour above has tried to do to stop the leak by putting a waterproof tape but doesn’t help.
Pa housing will not do anything and have not bothered to visit to investigate the leak its not normal for a ceiling to leak from the centre.
I have made complaints and it has been ignored completely. Horrible customer service and I wish i never purchased s shared ownership
Property. All you do is pay high bills, increased rents on shares we can’t purchase and again there is catch if the valuation are not agreed by P A housing we lose out and cannot purchase more shared to own more property, so we just go on paying rent and it is increased every yr even with inflation yet the property valuation has dropped by 60k , these schemes for first time buyers they are only beneficial to the housing association and the government , as hard working people we stand to lose out considerably . Its a Rogue system

The refurb went well. Both rooms look nice and fresh. The contractors did a great job. Always cleaning after themselves. Always updating us with next process which really helped. All complete now and it's great!

I think PA housing is great generally I have given good reviews to some workers at PA housing and a lot of customer service representatives are helpful. But there can be the odd time where I’ll get someone who just won’t give me the help I need, But that’s occasionally. Sometimes I get upset with the subcontractors that PA have hired. I’ve had electricians from wates who doesn’t know what they’re doing or kt heating engineers who don’t know how to set my thermostat on the boiler. And sometimes the workman don’t turn up on the day they said they are coming. If u have an emergency trying to get the help you need can take a while to get it sorted from calling the customer service team and to when the engineer comes out. The call waiting times can be especially long as well, And they don’t change toilet seats which can be an expensive from my experience, I’d like them to improve on the things I’ve mentioned in this review and make it a great service. But I thoroughly think they’re good for putting in quality boilers like Worcester boilers and also armitage Shanks bathroom toilets and baths and sinks.

They had been delayed, yet still they managed to finish the work quickly. Leaving the property clean after each visit and nothing spilling out of the room they worked in (that I noticed.) The workers worked fast and they ate polite also. Good job!
