I'm ina block of 6 flats. Since November 2024. We experience loss of electric power. To our security entrance door. And all lighting on the stairs. After coming up to 39 calls to report this. All given an emergency call out. With a heavy cost to all PA residents. Finally I made contact with Laura Kirmizi. Housing coordinator. Since her caring and understanding. Things are slowly heading in the right direction. And given the authority. Laura sent Jason Stewart to look at this situation. He immediately recognised. Very unhealthy practices by the so called electrical professional contractors. Exposed wiring shoddy coverings and power switches labelled incorrectly. Thankfully some of his recognised defects are being addressed. Swiftly and strongly by his intervention. These two people deserve my gratitude. And you to PA housing. They actually care and understand the concerns of the residents. I can not imagine how much longer this disgusting situation would go on for.
On the negative side. I was given a complaint case number. Dating back to June 2025. I received one phone call. On the 5th of August 2025. And requested an email to confirm our call. And to be updated regularly on the outcome of any findings. I still await the email and any updates. So PA housing your complaints department. Need looking at regarding there worth and necessity.
Hence my 4 star review. And those are for Laura and Jason.
I write this still without power once again since Wednesday the 1st of October. Once it rains it trips through all the exposed wiring. But I'm hopeful this one day will be sorted. To remind those bothering to read this. This November will be one year of power loss.

I would give 0* if I could. This company do not care about the tenants in the slightest. As long as they are receiving your money they couldn't care less if your house was crumbling down to the ground! I have raise complaint after complaint and none of them have been answered, some not even acknowledged! Its sad that you have to threaten to take things to the housing obudsman and take legal action against this company before they take you seriously or do anything to resolve the issues. I dont know about anyone else but as someone who is legally classed as vulnerable it seems they feel they can just ignore the issues raised because normally I would sit back and take it. Not this time PA!

Had my bathroom done and did a great job and also any kind of repairs they come and get it done and also clean up aswell after they are done! And also they help me with other stuff so yeah very happy!

I had a new bathroom fitted and new shower..I’m very pleased with the work that’s been done..all the tradesman turned up at the time of the appointment I was specified..they were polite and hard workers..I’m a very satisfied tenant..thank you.

The contractors were respectful and were clean in their work making sure carpets etc were covered.
Although had some issue with leaks along the way they have came out to repair straight away

What a professional!

I’ve had multiple concerning experiences with PA Housing that I feel need to be highlighted. Recently, my next-door neighbor had fencing work done, and the contractors entered my garden from the neighbours garden into my garden without any prior notice or permission. Two men contractors were in my garden and I saw them from my kitchen(which overlooks my garden) at this point I didn’t know who they were and I went into a panic it was extremely distressed this had a significant impact on my health and anxiety. I am a single woman on her own and I felt very unsafe . I wasn’t informed beforehand, and it left me feeling shocked and worried. This isn’t the first time either; a few years ago, scaffolding was put up in front of my house without any warning!
I had made a complaint to Pa housing about this in the past which also impacted my anxiety and well-being because the scaffolding wasn’t supposed to be put on my home it was for the neighbours so when men came randomly and start putting up scaffolding I got very distressed
Overall, I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable. Residents should always be informed before any work is done on or near their property. I hope that PA Housing takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in their communication going forward.
I have put this complaint to Pa housing few days ago but had no responses so I’m leaving the complaint on trust pilot so they are aware.

Deeply Disappointed and Mistrustful
Absolutely disappointed with this company. Rent charges are unclear, with unreasonable increases and no response to repeated enquiries. The complete lack of transparency is genuinely worrying.
If I had the choice, I would avoid dealing with them altogether — sadly, it's too late for that now.

My father passed away last year and we are now trying to sell his shared ownership flat. We were warned that it would be slow due to PA Housing's terrible communications.
A buyer was found and has now pulled out as they have had such issues getting answers from PA and do not want to do business with them. We are left with a flat that we continue to have to pay bills and service charges on, while dealing with the grief of losing a family member. The estate agent has said they are struggling to sell any PA Housing shared ownership flats due to the terrible reputation of PA.
