We have sent multiple attachments with confirmation of returning items in the UK. Your collections team seems to be ignoring our emails and sending responses continually demanding payment. There is no communication stating our attachments have been read. Your teams are starting to waste everyone’s time , even after we sent proof of returning the goods, we get an email saying, “unfortunately we have been unable to find an amicable solution for your outstanding invoice”….and then start demanding payment. Now we have to spend more time complaining and finding relevant authorities to report this to.
