Delivery Guidelines
Delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as parcels or packages. It takes more tools and equipment and does carry some risk to our drivers.
Therefore, our delivery rules are governed by Health & Safety guidelines, for the benefit of both our drivers and our customers so that you receive the highest quality service in the safest manner possible.
• Our Pallet deliveries ARE made to a kerbside location
• We NEED to deliver on solid, flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation
• We WILL deliver to ground level locations only
• We CANNOT deliver pallets on steep inclines

Brilliant service
Finn was brilliant - we had 3 pallets of wood pellets delivered to our remote croft and he managed the whole unloading himself. Most of the load at the top of our steep driveway, but he also volunteered to take bags down the 30-metre drive to the house. I’m really grateful as it was a really terrible day and I wouldn’t have managed otherwise. I would definitely recommend this company - so much better than any we have used before! Thanks Finn.

Awful
Awful. Missed the delivery window. No apology on arrival. Surly driver who offered up the 'no mate my job is just to deliver the goods not remove the pallet for you' explanation (lovely as pensioners to have to set to and unload heavy radiators and then break down the pallet, which was completely blocking the pavement).

I had a delivery this morning.it specified kerbside but It was far too heavy for me to lift. Marcello was super friendly and helpful. He assisted with getting it off the kerb so it was in a safe place. This is the second time he has helped with a delivery. Such a nice guy.
