Great service, friendly driver

Was delivering a sink to a building site. Estimated delivery 4-6 ie after everyone would have left. I paid someone to stay on til 6. No sign of them. Eventually delivered at 7:30.

Purchased a bathroom and Palletways were used as delivery firm by the seller Plumbworld . Although I was aware that it was Kerbside delivery, the delivery people never knocked or rang bell to alert me that they had delivered bathroom , I was alerted when I saw an email and they fraudulently stated that I had signed receipt of delivery, very shoddy and unprofessional firm , even called to complain and nothing was done . Apparently the delivery driver has refused to rectify this issue , avoid them .

Upon arrival, the items were delivered on a large pallet. My daughter politely asked whether he could drive around and place the delivery in our garden. He refused, which in itself would not have been an issue. However, his refusal was accompanied by behaviour that was rude, abusive, misogynistic, and racially discriminatory. His comments and attitude were clearly directed at us as Black women, which is entirely intolerable.

A friend of ours attempted to intervene and reason with him, yet the driver continued to behave in an aggressive and abrasive manner.

I do not tolerate abusive conduct, nor will I remain silent when confronted with discriminatory behaviour. This matter requires immediate investigation and resolution. The driver refused to provide his name, but you will be able to identify him from the consignment number and delivery time.

Driver was friendly and very helpful, no complaints.

I have dealt with many companies & their customers services but this company is far the worst that I’ve come accustomed. Unprofessional & lying to their customers. Ordered at full bathroom from them on Victorian plumbing website, made them aware the property would be empty and i would need 1 hour notice at least before delivery on the day. They text me 16:50pm saying delivery should be between 16:53-18:53. The driver turns up after 10 mins outside my empty house & no one was in. They redeliver the next day, i called them 4x in the day, they said it would be between 13:00-16:00pm, called them in between many times, ensured me the driver is coming in before 4pm, before 4:20pm then at 16:50 they said “can we redeliver tomorrow. Ofcourse these things dont happen all the time but the way these guys dealt with the whole situation after wasting hours of peoples time is next level amateur stuff.

Palletways Online I received a mail that my pallet will be delivered on Monday 27th. You have every details about the weight and how big the pallet is, only for your driver to get to my address and said he will take it away as it is oversize and since then I haven’t received any message or mail about a redelivery. I have been calling your customer care and they will promise to escalate it but yet nothing till now. This is frustrating and unacceptable.
