Delivery Guidelines
Delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as parcels or packages. It takes more tools and equipment and does carry some risk to our drivers.
Therefore, our delivery rules are governed by Health & Safety guidelines, for the benefit of both our drivers and our customers so that you receive the highest quality service in the safest manner possible.
• Our Pallet deliveries ARE made to a kerbside location
• We NEED to deliver on solid, flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation
• We WILL deliver to ground level locations only
• We CANNOT deliver pallets on steep inclines

Very poor
Very poor. Supposed to deliver a shed on Thursday - eventually turned up, unannounced, today. Very rude driver. Many items damaged beyond repair and having to be replaced.
Having had a reply from Palletways asking for the delivery ID. I can’t provide one as you never contacted me!
Only time we received a number was after the delivery. 60046671113

Delivery didn’t bother to ring & dumped on the street
Delivery didn’t bother to ring on the bell or inform us that th delivery was taking place (we had stayed in all day to receive the delivery). Instead the delivery was left outside our property on the road. When we talked to the “customer service” man we got the “ it’s our policy to only deliver on the road”. No consultation or consideration given to the customer. And a complete failure in terms of achieving their stated mission of “making a real and positive difference to our customers ….”

I usually don't write reviews
I usually don't write reviews, however I am so disappointed that my scheduled delivery did not arrive. There has been zero contact from palletways, had to conanct the seller to ask for tracking details. The pallet is in the delivery depot for 5 days, so it is even more disappointing. It is an olive tree, so I wonder in what state it will arrive, if it will arrive at all!
