Communication was first rate before and after purchase with the items arriving six days ahead of schedule . The thirty year old Eames EA222 leather chair was in much better condition than I had expected at a very attractive price so I couldn’t be more pleased . The problem is I now feel I can really trust PAMONO and can’t keep away from the website looking for more items .

This was my first time ordering from Pamono, and I will definitely order again from this website. From ordering to delivery, it was a very good experience. I was updated about delivery, and the item arrived beautifully and securely wrapped.

Everything was good, but the furniture arrived with some damages (cracked edges)

I received personal communications when the first item I ordered turned out to be out of stock. The delivery arrived much faster than predicted and the driver was great. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and I love it.

Purchase and delivery were seamless. We did not have to deal with shipping overseas or deal with customs.

I had a period where is was a dealer at their platform,
i dindt work out for me, mainly becouse of me, not Pamono,

you have to care alot about your account to have success as seller, i dindt give my account the love needed so no sales there, BUT i know for a fact that if you have the items, the time to use on your account, and the patinece required for this you will be able to highroll hard at their website!

You buy 1 year at a time, 1 mounth before every period ends you have to cancel your submission our else you will be there another year with full charge for that,

I forget all about that becouse i stopped using my account many mounth ago, therefor i suddenly see that Pamono as agreed with me in the contract, that in my bank account i paid for another year,

i was upset and texted the pamono team and kinda complained about what happend (it was my own fault)

They returned the money with a credit nota and closed my account,

That is service beyond expectations!

So.

I would strongly advice both sellers and buyers to go to Pamono.eu and start trading! the Pamono team are really nice and effective!

Chair is beautiful and is as described. It was in much better shape then a similar chair on an auction site which sold for much more. Delivery was excellent. They kept me informed as to date and time it would be delivered. Courier was very nice and helpful in getting it into my apartment.

I put an offer in for an item 3 months ago. The vendor reduced the price but not to the offer level so I didn’t purchase it. As it still hasn’t sold I put in another request for a further reduction. The vendor didn’t reply so had to follow up with pamono. Was told that the vendor had agreed and that I should follow the link provided. On first following the link the price had been put up to the original price prior to the discount 3 months ago, then reduced within half an hour to the same sale price again?! So no further discount. I explained the situation to pamono and how I thought there was game playing. The emails back supported the vendor and made no attempt to understand what I was saying. I have also noticed that now if you make an offer for anything you have to pay upfront! Time to stop using this website.

We ordered a vintage Cassina sofa and chair set for delivery to Toronto Canada and had an excellent experience with Pamona at every step of the process. Customer service via email was prompt and professional from our initial inquiries to final delivery. The actual furniture was even nicer than in the photos and everything was extremely well packed for shipping.
