Regret booking w/Panache - terrible service!
I booked a Mediterranean cruise (paying over $10,000) through Panache and the service I have received from Panache has been utterly deplorable. I have complained to my "cruise consultant" about her ignoring my many emails. Just recently we received an upgrade offer from the cruise line. I emailed her saying that I would appreciate her opinion on whether or not we should opt for the upgrade. She responded back indicating we should definitely opt for the upgrade, referencing the benefits of the upgraded accommodations -- on a completely wrong/incorrect cruise line -- as in she doesn't even know what cruise line we are booked on! When I pointed this error out to her, she neglected to even respond. Honestly, the service has been so poor, it's ridiculous! We have booked cruises through Avoya before and gotten amazing service. I am so regretting that we booked through Panache.

A first class service
The service provided by Karen was seconded to non. Firstly she came up with a fantastic price for our river cruise having used all her experience to identify an itinerary which met our needs. Any queries big or small which we had were answered promptly.
She has a friendly yet professional manner which gave us confidence in both her and the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Panache and particularly Karen to anyone considering going on a river cruise.

Louise - Panache Cruises -First Class Experience
Booked our fantastic cruise through Louise at Panache Cruises. Panache were not even on our list of cruise agents to book with but through Cruise Critic received an E mail from Louise with a challenge of ‘let me see if I can beat it ‘ (another cruise line quote). Louise came back with a price that was cheaper than one of the leading cruise agents and covered everything we wished for on our list. Nothing was too much trouble and the best bit for us - this is our first cruise and I know 100% Panache cruise and Louise will look after us all the way there and all the way back which gives that added reassurance and guarantee. Nothing was too much trouble from flights, hotels, cabins Louise was so knowledgable on everything - you have that personal touch from start to finish, and also gentle reminders along the way. They also do a great loyalty and referral bonus for money off your next cruise. Will definitely use again. Thankyou Louise for an outstanding service .

Enquired about a Mekong river cruise…
Enquired about a Mekong river cruise with Rob as had received an email detailing an offer price from £3,888 per person. I don’t actually believe that such a cruise even existed!
When I discussed it with Rob he was initially offering a similar cruise at circa £10,000 per person! He said he would look into the one I enquired about and would call me back as he couldn’t see it on his system and would call the cruise operator. This was on a Saturday and it’s now Tuesday and have had no call back.
Not the best first impression and has definitely put me off using Panache as it stands sadly.

Unbeatable price and service
