This is our second booking with Panache and have found them to be very helpful and friendly. Even though it took us a while to confirm our booking Jill was great all the way through the process. When she wasn’t there over a weekend our questions were promptly answered by her teammates.

I would recommend Panache Cruises to everyone.
I have used Panache Cruises on previous holiday booking and they are most definitely a five star service. My cruise co-ordinator was Jen and she was so helpful and also very kind. She helped me navigate through the whole process which can be very stressful for someone who is not very good with technology. Her expert knowledge was very useful in deciding which cruise to book and also which cabin to choose from.

Excellent Customer Service so far
I dealt with Elitsa Nixon and she was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we wanted and did everything possible to ensure that our goals were achieved. She also called back when she said she would. Cruise is not until November so, hopefully, nothing will go wrong in the meantime.
