This company is amazing! Bea is an absolute credit to them. She is always on hand to help and is so quick on the computer it’s unbelievable. There is nothing she doesn’t know how to do or to resolve. Please don’t ever leave Bea. It would be a huge loss for Panaepos.
Our till is so much easier to read and all the staff find it much better after Bea has put her personal touch on it

A great company with excellent aftercare.
We needed to replace our dated Till system at our Social Club and PanaEpos proved the right choice from the start. The speedy install and onsite training saw us up and running just before the Christmas break with all the Staff all competent in its use.
The aftercare is superb with any teething issues sorted over the phone straight away. I have attended a couple of training sessions at their site and I am now confident in using the system for stock control so a big thank you to Bea for her excellent training and patience. Highly recommend PanaEpos.

Can’t recommend PanaEpos and the team enough. I was dubious about changing systems but no regrets. The support is 1st class any problems are sorted quickly even on weekends the is someone on the end of the phone to help. I must also make a special mention to Bea who set my till up.

Good system, helpful and friendly people, nothing is too much trouble. We've been looking for a new till system for the pub for ages, and this is the only one we found that does the job we want.
In my opinion if you're looking for a hospitality ePOS system in East Anglia, you need look no further.

Overall i am happy to recommend PanaEpos. We started with new tills Ryan installed and was very clean & tidy. Bea is know the pub trade exceptionally well and is extremely helpfull, we have had amazing support and training

Right from the off with dealing with sales(Jason) through to programming with Bea,and the installation of the till system was so easy and a pleasure to deal with these guys! I have used so many different tills over the years in business but must say this was the most painless. Keep up the good work guys

An excellent service from the team at Panaepos, they helped me greatly before the installation with our product file. The installation was painless, clean and tidy, and the engineers made sure we knew what was happening and were happy with the routing of cables and the positioning of equipment.
Since opening the level of service has been impossible to fault.

I was a put in a position where I had to replace my cash register system in the take away part of my business, unfortunately it was in the busiest part of the year. I therefore needed a reliable company,Panaepos was recommended to me, from the first phone call I have been very impressed.We initially had some minor issues which as always occur at weekends, thankfully someone was on the other end of the phone to rectify this.I would recommend this company 100%.

PanaEpos certainly know their stuff. They were quickly on hand to advise the best CCTV system for our requirements, they were thorough and efficient on the install. So impressed with the quality and service we will be adding to the system very soon.

Good quality equipment at a reasonable price with great customer service and quick delivery and installation needed a new till and was delivered next day with an offer of a temporary one in the meantime
