I received an unexpected customs charge for my purchase from Paper Collective.
I guess one would expect that you inform the customer about that before the purchase is completed. That is a usual practice in reputable websites.
When I got in touch with their customer service they were not very apologetic about that lack of information.
Worthy to bear in mind before purchasing from that site.

I'm delighted! The poster arrived well-protected, and the delivery was quick. Moreover, being able to pick up the package from a nearby pickup point was very convenient!

Really lovely posters, excellent quality, absolutely delighted with the product. Communication about shipping was opaque, though, and I flag it here in case it's of use to anyone: their UPS contract requires them to ship to a package station and not to your home address. This wasn't made clear during online checkout, and I paid via PayPal which of course defaults to my home address. When I queried the unprompted change in address, I was told by PC that it was my fault and that I had chosen this option, which I found to be dodgy, frankly. I contacted UPS to be told that this was the contract basis for the shipper. I understand it's tough times for companies, but given that my package was rather large (!), and I don't live in a city with good public transport, I don't have a car, and it was bulky, I think it's assuming a lot to ship large packages to collection stations rather than home addresses. UPS wouldn't alter my address. So be aware in case such an arrangement poses challenges. Excellent product, though, and I will order again.

Colors of the poster were way off and less saturated than the photos on the website. Overpriced for the quality.

Quality frames, the first one I received had an imperfection and the staff promptly replaced it with a new one. The parcel also came with a handwritten note which was such a nice touch. Will be buying again
