sloppy cut and slow delivery
It delivered after OVER two weeks and came with a sloppy cut. If it says 50x70vm that’s what’s expected not 50,3cm so now it won’t fit frames 50x70 without us trying to cut it properly with a scissors..
Seriously super unhappy about the experience of paper collective as the poster still was in the higher price range.

After ordering the parcels went to…
After ordering the parcels went to Holland. I chose a pick up point in my neighbourhood. I never received a pick up code from UPS. The parcels went back to the firm. Charlotte from customer service, always responded my e-mails and made it possible that I received both parcels!! Good quality and excellent service! Thank you

Amazing Quality & Service
The Quality of my prints was absolutely sublime, the ink was richly saturated and the definition crisp & sharp. The paper stock used is exceptional.
Despite some issues with shipping which were outwith Paper Collective's control, their online support were extremely attentive and helpful - big shout out to charlotte!
