Terrible do not order

Terrible do not order. 48hr delivery timeframe, order placed 3rd for gift for 11th now the 13th nothing arrived. emails sent requesting update with no reply. Absolute scam artists will be claiming back and contacting resolva and then trading standards.

This company will take your money and then fail to send your order. If they do send anything it will be completely wrong and/or incomplete!!!!!
They are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with!!!!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Sent them this message a number of times through different platforms. And as of yet no reply. Very disappointed

The F1 helmets are smart and make our cars look the part now. Lots of freebies. However it says we get a free mega bundle which ours was Lewis. However we didn't get a full bundle like we did in our last order. We only got keyring and cable buddy. We're missing the stickers, mini helmet and pin badge. Please can you advise kind regards Mike

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company!! I should have checked reviews before buying but like others I placed an order, emailed 3 times for updates but no response then given Royal Mail tracking details that didn't work. Fortunately my bank have refunded me but not worth the hassle!!

Very poor

Very poor - ordered with 48-hour tracked delivery, received confirmation of order and then... nothing. It's over 2 weeks later and not only has it not arrived, there's no confirmation it's even been sent.

4 weeks after my order was submitted

4 weeks after my order was submitted, still nothing had arrived. I sent chase emails twice with no response. Then after 5 weeks I finally receive my order. The product is fine, but terrible customer service and extremely long waiting times.

Order in advance - mine took 41 days to arrive

I ordered items on 25.12.25, I eventually received my items on 5.2.26. Whilst I was waiting for my items I attempted to contact the company multiple times via emails and messages on social media platforms. However, all of these attempts to contact them were ignored and I was left believing that I had been scammed. Even though I have received my items I am disgusted by the wait time and the way the company have conducted themselves. I would not recommend buying from this company

Do your self a favour and save your money.

Ordered the f1 helemet bundle, a LH f1 paracord key ring and a CL f1 paracord keyring. I should have then got a free keyring, a free pin and a mystery bundle, only the mystery bundle was out of stock despite being advertised still.

Anyway I went ahead and ordered, got my confirmation email, and that was the last I heard from Paracord Buddies. After 3 weeks and several un acknowledged emails I eventually raised a.dispute through paypal and got my money back.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless 6weeks to get a key ring only got it after contacting PayPal for a refund - emailed them 4 times and got no reply - don’t bother using them

Very disappointed with service

Very disappointed with service, I ordered these as a Black Friday deal on 29th Nov, after a few weeks, I started emailing requesting an update on my order. 6pm Christmas Eve I received an email, to say my order was being dispatched. It eventually arrived at the end of the first week in January. At no time did I receive any communication advising of or apologising for delays.

They took my order and money, I had paid for 48 tracked delivery. I had confirmation and dispatch advice with Post Office Tracking on 9th December.

No delivery, chased by email, web contact form and then social media. Check reviews and company house - wished I had never placed the order which was a Christmas stocking present. Wrote and threatened legal action and the object turned up after Christmas, little resemblance to the object advertised.

I would advise not to deal with this company and for all of you waiting write to directors ( public domain information from Companies House).

Still not received product or updates / communication
I have sent emails, filled forms and still nothing
I would like a refund if possible, I am not fussed about the product anymore it was meant for a stocking filler present
It’s a shame, it was a good product idea, I’ll update my review if I receive a refund, product or communication

I placed order for nano helmets 10th Nov 2025 for my son’s birthday on the 30th and it never arrived. Still hasn’t arrived and new years has passed. Sent several messages via all means on communication available and no response.

Poor service

Ordered at the beginning of December and had confirmation of order email, still no items and despite multiple emails and Facebook messages no communication either. Extremely poor customer service even if it's a small company they could try and a make a bit more effort to respond to customers. Will have to try and get a refund via my bank

Order arrived eventually!

I ordered some F1 lego helmets and a couple of key chain buddies on 2nd December; they have just arrived this morning, after zero communication from the company, despite several querying emails. Someone on here mentioned that it's not really a company - just two guys doing everything themselves. It seems to me that that's probably true. I would echo the people that have suggested they needed to spend less time and money on marketing and make sure they can keep the customers they have happy. But I hope they can find a way to make this work because the products are great (I now have a couple of very happy teenagers with greatly improved Speed Champions lego models!)

I would not have been too bothered at all if they'd told me that they were having trouble keeping up, but that the items would definitely arrive at some point. It's the lack of communication that was the big problem.

If you've ordered something and are now wondering if you've been scammed, I would say, keep your hopes up, and keep emailing them, even if they never respond.... maybe it helps them to prioritise the orders?!

Ditto. Ditto. Ditto.

Ditto, ditto, ditto. Fell for the Facebook advertising, product looks great, was supposed to be a Christmas present for an NFL fan as delivery date was stated as before Christmas. Appreciate supply and demand can lead to delayed delivery but the lack of communication to enquiries is appalling. Company name should be changed to “We have your money and We don’t care, buddy”. Time to report the scam to the credit card company….

Non-existent customer service

It seems that i am in the same boat as a lot of people. Placed an order beginning of December, got confirmation email but nothing since. Have emailed them on numerous occasions but get no reply. Have even tried messaging them on Facebook and instagram but again no reply.
Going to try and get my money back from my bank, but certainly don’t recommend them!!
