We prefer Paradigit above the "everything with a smile" and Bol.com stores. Paradigit offers a better and wide variety of products. We never experienced false adds that ended up with "nooit meer leverbaar"

I was a bit underwhelmed by the customer service. The staff seemed a little indifferent, and it took ages to get help. The prices were okay, but I expected more variety and better support

General poor service, have purchased a number of products with them ranging from individual components to previously machines. First time having to go through their RMA service, respond back with unclear images and little information, just a cost for more than the value of the product. The service line just states that you can pay for the repair or that's it, poor across the board.

Ordered an ASUS TUF RTX 5080, they said "next day at home" and they weren't lying. The following day it was here. Everything works perfectly. Will definitely shop again.
