This company use a name which looks like parcelforce so catch people who are trying to track parcels with that, and other companies. They require a payment of £1 through your debit card. I realised quickly that this was a scam and looked the company up. The reviews were all one star, stating that the initial payment of £1 is followed by unauthorised payments of £24.90 taken repeatedly from your bank account. I informed the bank immediately and cancelled my card

⛔️ AVOID! SAME WITH ALL OTHER REVIEWS. AND THEIR RESPONSE TO EVERYONE IS THE SAME AUTOMATED REPLY! I KNOW ITS ONLY £1 BUT SAVE YOUR MONEY. ITS A TOTAL SCAM AND YOU'LL BE IN THE SAME POSITION BUT £1 WORSE OFF. MY ITEM HAS BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS AND NO FURTHER INFO CAN BE FOUND. THIS SCAM OPERATION IS PROBABLY BEING RUN BY A SPOTTY TEENAGER IN HIS BEDROOM. AVOID AND USE PARCELSAPP. YOU GET THE SAME INFO AND IT'S FREE!

SCAM INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called to raise my dispute and they shrugged me off. I paid £1 and received a confirmation email with a receipt with a price breakdown, which was fine. I woke up early a few mornings later to find I am being charged £24.90. I didn’t agree to any subscription but yet I am being charge. These people made sure you pay the initial £1 only to rip you off with an automatic payment subscription unknowingly to you. Then cut you off. Customer service was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

An absolutely shocking so-called service: they bombard you with useless stuff about your missing parcels sent to you via Parcelforce, and then demand payments to try again having abjectly failed to deliver in the first place. What is more is that their supposed telephone number when called told me that they had nothing to do with these. All looking very much like a scamming operation.

£1 I authorised to track a parcel thinking they were linked to parcelforce. Then a few days later £24.90 taken from the bank.
I contacted via their contact email as advised by my bank.they have now taken 3 payments of £24.90. I will now contact the bank & they will need to cancel my card & reissue a new card. Not happy

SCAM... INFORMED BANK OF UNAUTHORISED MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
£1 I authorised to track a parcel thinking they were linked to parcelforce. Then a few days later £24.90 taken from the bank. HSBC stopped my card, sent me a message.
New card on the way. If you have this happen to you, tell your bank.

This is a Scam company set up to look exactly like Parcelforce. Avoid at all costs I’ve just spent the morning on the phone to Barclays fraud team to stop them stealing more money from me

Total scam I paid £1.00 to track a item to something called 17track,then 2 day's later a payment of £24.90 came out of my account from a company called sequoia digital limited I tried googling this company but was confused to what it was, then another day passed and I looked onto my banking app and both the above payments had changed to parcelfound . I emailed parcelfpound as this was the only company out of the three with contact details. They informed me about a subscription and was over the 48 hour period to cancel , it took me 4 days to find out who I actually paid so there was no way to cancel it. Now they are refusing to refund me .

I was recommended to this company by luckinwish who I also think are scammers I spoke to a lady and she told me that they were based in Dublin Ireland fortunately I didn't use them

Awful awful awful stay well away. Paid a £1 fee to find my parcel. Deep within the small print it read about a subscription after a few days and £25 left my account. I called immediately to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund as this was not made clear to me when I used the service and they refused. Firstly a rude woman on the phone and secondly disgusting that they refuse a refund when they are hiding fees in their contracts. I will be going through my bank and getting my money back promptly.

From last year I use parcelfound £1 it cost me £29 3 time from my account luckily my card expired but to this day they are still trying to take money from my account which I being declined what a scam they are and I cant get to someone to complain to so MEMBERS of the public stay away from these people

Reply from Parcelfound
Made the fatal mistake of not reading the small print - it sounded a reasonable deal of £1 for detailed parcel tracking !.
Paid the £1 on the 26th December. After a week or so started to get suspicious and looked at reviews which were terrible and found that I could unsubscribe. Did this immediately and later upon checking my account found that on the 29th of December a further £24.90 had been taken from the account.
Between enrolling and receiving the parcel we received no contact from this company.
Conclusion the whole set-up is a SCAM. Unfortunately apart from writing reviews, nobody does anything about it !.
I only rated it one star because there was no facility for giving it zero or negative stars.

It seems that I inadvertently "subscribed" to this - not reading the small print that after 48 hours I would be charged a monthly subscription. On contacting them to discover this, I immediately cancelled the subscription but now find I have been charged again this month (Jan 23). I only wanted to track a single item, and am not a business. I have emailed them and hope for a resolution and refund! FOLLOWING DAY APOLOGY AND REFUND RECEIVED.

Reply from Parcelfound
One star is too much, absolute scam then when I cancelled it they still procceed to take £24.90 plus the original £1 , emailed them and said I would like a refund as it was a mistake, there reply was sorry no refunds!I have contacted my bank to place a stop on any other payments they decide they fancy! stay away

Scam website... Beware. I have reported them to everyone I can think of, including the government agency and Google. I didn't give Parelfound my proper email address, or any money but continue to get emails to my 'safe' address with no unsubcribe option. Emailing them using the details they give is useless as the email bounces straight back as 'rejected by server'. No point calling either I should think, and possibly downright dangerous. Do report them too if you have been scammed. The more people who do that then the sooner they will have to think up another ruse, or spend their ill gotten gains changing their website and advertising.

This Company should rot in hell. They have taken 3 payments of £24 plus and 1 of £1 without me noticing. I am elderly and have a lot of problems, but they have just added to them Please, Please someone stop them
Parcelfound found me via my email address, submitted a website just like parcelforce and invited me for a £1 payment to have them track lost parcels.
I did not know they were not Parcelforce, and thought for a one off payment of £1it would be worth it.
It was when I looked at my bank account statement that I realised they had been taking a regular payment monthly of over £25
When I contacted them they said in good will they would give me a miniscule back
Thankfully my credit card took over at that point and reimbursed me in full
