I had an important package to pick up

I had an important package to pick up. I’m unsure if it was the delivery person or the parcel service that made the mistake but my package was in the wrong locker and I couldn’t get to it. I contacted the parcel service by text right when they opened and the worker, Tina, helped me get my package right away

The worst

The worst. The only thing this company does is provide access to deliveries. They could not do that today and remote agents were no help. Waste of time. Terrible.

Great/prompt service!

Amazon gave me a code to the wrong locker, but through a quick text session with Parcel Pending/Gabriela, they were able to get my locker open and I was able to get my package late on a Sat before Easter. They were great and I highly recommend!

Convenience and peace of mind!

Awesome support

Awesome support! My package was jammed in the locker! The customer support solves it remotely through the text message support. Save my life and so convenient. No need to waiting for the building manager at the first day of the long weekend

i’m not sure what rene’s problem is, but she was so rude for no reason, i needed flat shoes for my sisters wedding, and instead of helping at all, she asked for things that have never been provided by amazon, at least in my experience, and when i couldn’t provide this “necessary” piece of information, Rene, very aggressively sent the “ Thank you for being the best part of Parcel Pending by Quadient and we wish you a great day! This chat is now closed.” message THREE TIMES. because i couldn’t provide her the time of delivery, bc evidently the date, order number, and tracking number aren’t enough for her!

Thank this firm is a waste of money my…

Thank this firm is a waste of money my phone hiccuped and changed the email address on my partial on my partial pending and it has a different number on it and I have not been able to find out nor has anybody been able to answer me after 30 minutes on the phone and they just hung up on me. It’s not a really a good deal. I don’t know why these firms use this. It looks like they could find something that would work better than this. I am really disappointed in in this our apartment complex. He’s really top-notch about everything except for this and I just don’t know but it’s funny. My wife’s phone still works and my iPad still works, but the phone won’t work and I can’t get any by. Explain to me why I guess you’re too stupid to understand or I’m too stupid to be able to understand and figure it out for myself probably the ladder not the farmer.

She help me with a jam package at my apartment complex. My apartment leasing office was dragging their feet and I reached out to this company twice, but Sherri was the one who resolved my issue. I texted the customer support number and was helped very quickly

I texted the customer support number regarding being charged for a package at an address I don’t live at anymore and Andrew V. was extremely helpful and quickly removed the charge and closed my account within minutes. A huge relief! Thank you!!
