Breaking News: Andrew V. Trumps Virtual Assistant… Again!

The assistance I received from Andrew V. was excellent. I needed more help than the virtual assistant could offer, and in a short moment Andrew jumped in to efficiently gather information and create a solution. The accessibility to assistance is much appreciated.
Overall I have had positive experiences utilizing the services provided by Parcel Pending. And oddities may be related to carriers interacting with the system, but ultimately I appreciate the services Parcel Pending provides. Customer services has always been responsive, professional, and helpful.

I really appreciate Margot for stepping…

I really appreciate Margot for stepping in and helping me to get my package out the lockers. The door was closed by an individual before I could retrieve the package. Margot was able to open the lockers for me within minutes. Thank you Margot!!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I've been at a new apartment for 2 weeks and they have already lost 2 separate packages. Amazon clearly delivered the packages, yet this company claims they weren't delivered in spite of clear photos of the delivery. Each instance I spent 15-20 minutes attempting to retrieve my packages. They charge you for a service that they then refuse to honor. Clearly a total rip off.

Locker wouldn’t open

Locker wouldn’t open, but was able to get help via text message. Tina was super helpful and nice! It was great to have a real person helping and not just a bot.

Margot took care of a situation

Margot took care of a situation and opened a case to try to solve it. The postman delivered my package into someone elses box we think. Hopefully the opened case will somehow find the lost package. Good customer service.
