Paid for the start of my subscription on 30th august 2024. It’s now 2nd October and still not received anything. Fill out contact forms on the website and never get a response. At this point im gonna contact my bank to get my money back.

Don't waste your money. My order never arrived and I've had no response since trying to contact them. AVOID!

Not a good start to my subscription. I chose Parfumado based on previous good reviews, extensive perfumes offered and trendy looking website. Having been excited to receive my first sample spray when I opened it there is just an empty 'spray' cover, together with a small card detailing the perfume I had chosen! No sign of the actual perfume! How can anyone packaging the item not see that the perfume is missing from the box before sending it? Having then followed the online chat bot to try and resolve this poor start I am told customer service will take longer than usual to respond. Sorry Parfumado, not the way to win over a new customer or get favourable recommendations. I will give you a few days to resolve this and if you do then I will gladly and hopefully re-review favourably? ****An update to the above. Having chased them 3 times for the original order, it was eventually received 4 weeks late, however the following month instead of my chosen perfume they sent exactly the same one as the previous month! Waste of time. Ridiculous way to run a business! Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription. *******

Parfumado is a great concept! I tend to get bored of perfumes quickly, and this service gives me the chance to explore and try new scents regularly—which I love!

I love parfumado so much! To be able to try out different perfumes at such low cost in incredible. Sometimes you don’t want to wear the same perfume for months and parfumado is the best solution for this. Trying out different brands and being able to wear different scents for different occasions.. I LOVE!! My boyfriend is a big fan as well 🥰🥰

I had a small issue with the delivery but the customer service handled it perfectly! Very happy and will be being again 🩷

I've been a subscriber for almost 2 years and it's been a great journey. Started out ordering perfumes I liked and am familiar with, then I did the quiz and got amazing recommedations for new perfumes I have never tried before. Really worth it if you like exploring.

It’s a very nice experience discovering every month a new fragrance. The quantity of perfume is good and the way is packed too. I’ve already received an extra case as gift for my 6 months signature, and an extra perfume also as gift because I signed for something (this one I didn’t choose and I didn’t like that much, so I gave it to my husband). The only downside for me is, besides having a good selection of perfumes, I still miss some brands on the list that I would love to try.

I have been a subscriber for over 14 months and Parfumado sure does not disappoint. I love the high end perfumes and wonderful service they offer (my order arrived late but the people have been very supporting in making it happen). Would recommend!

I’m on the subscription service, but my August parfum never arrived, I’ve tried contacting Parfumado by email, phone and the chat on the web site but cannot reach anyone, after two days of trying unsuccessfully, I’m cancelling my subscription. Steer clear of this company.

Thinking of cancelling my subscription. Signed up on the 1st August, updated my perfume calendar and was eagerly waiting for my first perfume but nothing arrived. Tried to log in to webpage couldnt. Tried to reset password but nothing seems to work. Have emailed and called and just put on hold for eternity. Only option left is to cancel and forget about it. Will not be recommending it anyone.

Love this service! Good scents, fast service and so far no problems. I have been a member since feburary. Have recived a lot of gifts already. Super smoothe!

I've had a subscription for almost a year and couldn't be more satisfied. I love the Perfumes and when I've recently had a question for customer service they helped above and beyond. Reacting straight away and trying everything to figure it out.
Really recommend it to anyone who loves perfume xx

I find it very difficult to find the right perfume.
Large bottles don't suit me, because perfume gets boring over time. It also happens that I like a perfume in a store, but when I apply it to myself at home, I realize that I am suffocating and there is too much smell.

the concept of Perfumado is just what I need for me. Every month there is a mini version of the scent that I choose myself. Convenient to test perfume. I use different scents every day, depending on my mood. I have already collected my large collection and I really like it.

every month a package from Perfumado is like a mini gift for yourself. it's cool.

I love this! Fast and easy. Generous if you refer a friend and with extra gifts. Always on time. Ok respond time. The only negative is that it is hard to search the brands on the page.

very nice service. only thing is that I have experienced lack of stock . So they told me five times already the perfume I wanted wasnt there anymore. always dissapointing. I don't get how that happens. since I am on a subscription. Shouldn't they keep the perfume for the subscribers first that pay 16 euros a month?

Plus I now have to open every bottle I have and take it out to see which perfume it is. I already suggested they make stickers instead of sending us these paper cards which are un usable .

I joined up for this site, as everyone does with a gift card, not really caring if it was a subscription or not, as I was only interested in a month anyhow. However, even after I specifically told them not to send any more products, they sent the goods to me ANYWAY and then threatened to charge me money after I had not had any money on the card for a second month. Please avoid this firm since it is clearly a cover for some kind of scam and is run by bullies

Stuck in a fraudulent cycle of them attempting to take payments they aren’t authorised to take, telling me I cannot cancel a subscription they re-instated without my authorisation because I have outstanding payments. They send threatening emails, do not respond to emails, or respond with non-sequiturs which leads me to believe they are simply sending pro forma responses. When I subscribed to the service the perfumes were nice and my mum enjoyed receiving them. The customer service is appalling and frustrating. Once again, to attempt to get out of this loop I have paid for the perfume I didn’t order just so I can cancel. Heaven help me if I’m doing this a month from now.

i have became a customer for first month, wanted to change it to 6 mobths, and they ask you pay for a fee to change it, nothing happened. I didnt receieve my first perfume, i have sent them multiple emails and no answers. literally the worst customer service and i paid and didn’t receive any service at all!
