I tried cancelling this subscription, I thought it had gone through, but I realised a payment was taken from my account. I emailed and asked to cancel, but they refused and sent the perfume 6 days later. I disputed this with my bank, and now I've received an email saying they reserve the right to engage a debt collection agency.

They’ve sent me the wrong perfume, nothing to do with the scent I ordered, literally smelled as a mix of my ex bfs, and exactly as my ex bf’s personalities, the scent didn’t last as advertised; I ordered a feminine strong scent from Zatig and Voltaire.
I tried and contacted customer service over a month ago inquiring about the perfume they’ve sent to me, you know mistakes happen, as long we can sort it out….but no, I never received a reply and besides cancelling my subscription they tried to charge me again. No thanks.

As soon as you give your details (and payment) the website becomes unusable. On any device it crashes as soon as you log in. Customer care is non existent and there is very little clarity. I do not recommend this site.

Although I had a few minor problems the customer service is best they are quick to respond and always offer a solution, I love fragrance and this company makes it easier for me to choose without blind buying, defo recommend.

So far have had only positive experiences with parfumado. friendly customer support (both on the telephone and via email). I've gotten friends and family to sign up too because i think its a fun idea.

I'm a bit of a scent junkie, and I love Parfumado. They have an amazing range of perfumes, and the monthly subscription is giving me a chance to try them all! (Okay, maybe not all. . . .) One of the best things about the monthly subscription is that the 'sample' is a really decent size -- certainly big enough to use for several weeks (mine usually last longer than a month) and definitely big enough to give me an opportunity to really 'get to know' the fragrance.

I've only had to contact the customer service team once and they certainly didn't let me down -- speedy, friendly, efficient response, complete with a resolution.

I'm a fan.

I placed an order on the 28th May for my first month's subscription, and have still not received a dispatch email, or even a conformation that order was received so now worried its not going to turn up!

Just received my first order. Nicely packaged, good stuff.
Website however isn't user-friendly, can't even sort on things like most reviewed or most populair.

But what I really don't like is that on the website they say the K Men from Dolce that you can put on your calendar, which I did, is the eau de parfum version - took a screen if you need proof.
However, when received today there was a card in the little box that said it was the eau de toilette version, that same info was also on the little bottle itself.. so I got the eau de toilette version and not, like stated on the website, the eau de parfum.
Feels a bit like getting scammed, I don't like that feeling.
Better fix that info. Anyway, I'm gonna try a bit more months and hopefully they don't do something like that any more so I can update this review.

Edit 10/5/23: customer service reached out to me and told me they indeed had incorrect info on their website but that they send me a free parfum to make it right. Never received it.
Maybe that's because they work with the worst logistic service ever, PostNL, which means packages that are send to me "get lost".
Also, they send your items WITHOUT tracking which means no one will know when the post NL guy takes your delivery for himself. Bad stuff.

It's a shame but I simply can not rely on a company that works with the PostNL, so I'm cancelling my subscription. 👋

Fabulous experience, and look forward to the perfume popping through my letter box. Great way to discover new perfume, and to avoid purchasing an expensive mistake if you didn't like a fragrance that you had blind bought.

The delivery is on time, if not a little early.
Would love to see replica scents, Gris charnel BDK, Nishane, Delina, Phlur, Skylar among others.

My only criticism is the website is clunky, and frequently freezes. Annoyingly slow!

Cancelled subscription then months later had phone calls threatening bailiffs and further action out of nowhere for the huge amount of a measly £12,( news to me) when i had never even received the order they claimed i did because it was a cancelled subscription. I paid the £12 because they refused to take off a charge for an item i never received nor wanted.

I have enjoyed the experience of trying new perfumes each month.
When I had an issue of perfume not arriving one month. I had a no quibble replacement sent.
Found it very easy to contact them.

I found this super service, while I was googling some day trying to find something new and interesting in Netherlands related to my hobby, collecting and trying new fragrances. So I'm glad that I can save my money and not to buy full bottle. Expensiveness is not only the reason, but the reason is that I have too many, that I prefer to buy samples and decants first, because I won't be able to spray out all the bottles if I could buy them😃But still I want, it's so exciting to taste new things! However, bottles are too big and decants are too small, so 8ml decant is the best decision that Parfumado has. The thing that I appreciate most - that you can move and change fragrances in your calendar for different months, that's very important for a crazy perfume lover like me😅

I have the opportunity to have different expensive and quality perfumes in my collection without having to spend much Thanks to perfumado. They made it possible.

I absolutely adore this company! Receiving a new perfume every month is a real delight.
You get enough perfume to last the month in a convenient sized spray that fits perfectly into your purse.
There are a huge range of fragrances available including many prestige brands.
I love it!
