Perfume is still not sent, I ordered it 10 days ago
Perfume is still not sent, I ordered it 10 days ago. The money is of course taken from my account, as many others here have experienced. Customer service hangs up, and after 30 minutes and 7 attempts to call them, they reply that the product was "ikke på lager", when I ordered it. I clearly remember a green circle indicating that the product is available and in stock, otherwise I wouldnt bother ordering it.
The automatic mail that was sent after the order says that the expected delivery time is between 14-16 of October, which was last week. Customer service explains, that it would be the expected delivery date, IF the product was in stock... I should read Trustpilot before, and not after. So now they are expecting it to be in stock in one week, and cannot tell at all, when I am going to receive it. Perfect! How can this be?

Impressive range of products. Less impressive customer service.
Nice webshop with easy access to an overwhelming range of products, many of which can be difficult to find on the shelves in Danish perfume stores.
However, the customer service could be somewhat better. As an example, it is a bit frustrating that you have to publish a bad review on Trustpilot before getting info on order and delivery.
After this, however, dialogue and service have been fine and efficient.

OK shopping experience
I must say after reading some of the reviews I was a bit anxious ordering from them. But since I really needed my foundation which I cant find anywhere else in Denmark, I went ahead and gave it a try. The transaction and the delivery went pretty smooth, considering the parcel is coming all the way from Germany, and it did arrive between the predicted delivery interval which shows up before you confirm the transaction. I also like the fact that they have many exclusive brands which you cant find anywhere else, at least in the danish physical stores. The more exclusive brands and products, the better. I know that any shopping experience can change for the better or for the worse that is why I will update the review if the experience changes, but for a first impression it was pretty alright.

At Last!
At last! After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, and 2 frustrating calls to Customer Services, my purchase has finally arrived. Their website gives no indication that they are based in Germany, and are not a U.K. Company. It states that they will inform you of any delays - they don’t. Website also indicates that the courier is Royal Mail & Parcel Force, but it is in fact DHL. My purchase was a birthday present that didn’t arrive on time. Disappointing. Unacceptable service!

Was concerned about some reviews, however I am delighted with the products, the Lancôme gift set arrived within the specified time. Great value for money will definitely buy from perfume dreams regularly. Worth waiting a few extra days to save money.
