Greedy awful company, once you buy a caravan off them they are just money hungry.
Save your money and go to a more reputable
holiday company .

Sadly I cannot give this company any lower score than a one star because I would give a minus five if it was possible! Some bright spark of a director has come up with the idea of putting all pitch fee payment through a credit company WITHOUT any consultation from the owners meaning that you have two choices pay in full around six thousand per year of pay a credit company through a credit agreement?? This should have been put to current owners first for comments, The customer support teen talk down to you as if your an twit, I spoke to a young lady called abbey who was very dismissive towards me and the attitude towards me was if you do not like the system then leave!, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY WORST ENEMY they are bully’s and inefficient to say the least it has taken them almost two years to get a change of address right.

Disaster holiday,I book with parkdean every year and have done for the past 5 years.weve found this year rather disappointing.we normally use the sun to book and always had fantastic holidays,so this year we booked direct and paid that bit extra and stayed for 2 weeks.ive found this holiday has been ruined and spoilt our stay.we went out 5 out of the 14 days.i have a 1 year old and a 5 year old and my daughters been in tears cause we couldnt go swimming or even out much due to them having severe conjunctivitis which theyve obviously caught out of the dirty caravan weve been put in,they also had high temperature and sickness.i did file a complaint at reception to be told theres nothing they can do as we left it to long to complain and if we book back with them next year they can give us a free upgrade,which we dont want due to the state of the one weve been put in.we met some friends here who booked through the sun and we even looked at there caravan n it was so much cleaning than ours.i even found food on some of the pans n saucepans.i find this appalling,my childrens socks were wrecked within a few hours of being in the caravan and as my yougest is crawling even some of her clothes are with how dirty the floor/carpet was.there was all stains over the caravan seats aswell.we had no hoover so we used a dust pan and brush to sweep the carpet after seeing the state of our socks,there was that much dirt and even pet hair was disgusting.if I drove we would of left the next day but due to living nearly 130 miles away and relying on a family member to bring us and drop us home we couldnt get a lift back so the earliest we could go home is a day.i filled a complain't and got asked to return to the holiday park again.i will not book with parkdean again absolutely disgusting !!

Very disappointing! Paid for a luxury upgrade at Valley Farm Clacton & the caravan was filthy,disgusting & smelt. Had massive cobwebs with flies in them,food splattered on the walls,holes in the walls,cupboard doors hanging off & smelt of damp & rotting. Definitely wasn’t the caravan we booked from the pictures on the website. Staff totally unhelpful! We checked out within 20 minutes as it was that awful. If that was the upgrade & apparently a 2018 new caravan would hate to see the cheaper ones. DEFINITELY WONT be booking with Parkdean again!!!

Soft play is just a battle ground for kids
Beach stinks
Queue in pool to get changed is long
The staff are lovely and food in pub is quite nice . Kids love the entertainment

Awful experience, filthy caravan, filthy bar, cracked uneven paths. Badly run site at Thorness Bay with management not interested.

The two bedroom caravan we chose on the internet was not the one we got, when we questioned the staff about it they quoted “the photo we saw on the internet was for illustration purposes only “ well isn’t that false representation or am I mistaken

We’ve recently stopped at parkdean at Saltcoats Caravan 196.The caravan was appalling . It stank of mould and stale cigarettes. My daughters duvet was covered in faeces and the bedding
The bathroom mat was sodding wet with mould all over it and on the floor.

Under the cushions in living room hadn’t been cleaned there was trimming missing
Mould all over curtains
Boiler hadn’t been checked since 2017 fire extinguisher hadn’t been checked since 2007. The fire escape windows were nailed shut. I’ve complained they say they take things seriously but I doubt this happens. Please don’t use caravan 196. It will be your holiday from hell

We been to caravan site last week location Lake District Whitecross Bay Caravan Park. Last time we been to Dorset site.

The cleaning this of caravan is not acceptable there is a marks in the Sofa and mattress. Is disgusting. Not happy at all.

South view skegness. Very nice park but we are very disappointed we booked a lodge with a hot tub but were refused extra towels for the hot tub even though we paid over £1800 for the week
Also the on site gym has no air con till after 8am even though it opens at 730 . Punishing trying to do cardio in a room with no air con

Booked Caravan for 4 nights @barmston beach parkdean resort, on arrival was given the caravan that wasn’t booked to top it up reception and manager had no customer service, didn’t stay in the horrific smelly caravan left on the same day. Please avoid, better of setting a tent in your garden :). Advise to the park listen to what your customers needs and not to be so arrogant and show no respect to others.

booked at southview in caravan decided to upgrade before we went thecaravan was not the one stated I.e a Sleaford van. we paid extra for this. on arrival the van seemed not to bad .however looking closer we found en suit bathroom had no plug in sink toilet brush broken and unusable floor filthy found childs soother on floor .in seating area found toys behind small fridge from previous occupants during our stay we found out why there was a small additional fridge in the van .On third day found all our food had gone off due to main fridge not working correctly it had to thrown away later that night at 3 30 am the alarm system went off security was called out to sort it .On inspection of other bathroom it was found there was not even a toilet brush at all to use We have use south view before but will not visit again after this experience On reading other reviews from other users PARKDEAN needs to take on board these comments very quickly

After my initial complaint about our holiday ar Birchington Valw which I had previously put on this site,I made a further complaint to customer services,which was passed on the the site manager,but my complaint was just dismissed with a wer Sorry!!! Not good enough,
So if you want to stay in a caravan with a overwhelming stink of urine,not enough untencils,not very clean, and even leaving the holiday one day earlier because you cant stand the smell any longer,If you want to sit in the sun outside in the sun amidst loads and loads of cigarette but,BIRCHINGTON VALE IS THE PLACE TO GO.if you want a nice comfy clean sweet smelling van DONT GO TO BIRCHINGTON VALE. Or f you expect any resolvement from customer service DONT GO TO BIRCHINGTON VALE.

Horrible dirty caravan. Stay away. Stuff is terrible and impolite. Dirty kitchen and floors that never seemed to be cleaned. Toilet is dirty and smells. Charged us for a big caravan with a lounge but got the smallest one with dirt everywhere. Disappointed. Pool is cold. Lots of Romanian everywhere got scared for our kids. The lock is shocking as you can simply push the door out with a kick. Stay away and keep your money. Better go to b&b which at least provides a free breakfast. We ended up spending more money on eating outside or cooking in. I don't really mind but wanted to relax as well rather than cooking almost every day.

The caravan rental side (Holiday Parks) side of the business has been run as Parkdean Resorts since November 2015.The name Park Resorts is only used for sales now!

Loved our stay at Crimdon Dean.we stayed in a static caravan.the caravan was clean tidy with just about everything you need there ready for you .staff are very friendly and helpfull .Nice clubhouse,nice pool ,all in all we would go again .if you drive there are some lovely places to visit. While your there

Don’t buy a caravan on there, they expect you to upgrade very quickly

Entertainment and facilities, swimming pool etc. Very good.

Caravan disappointing, needed a good clean, No broom or cleaner. This attracted more ants.
Put you up in lounge very uncomfortable. Windows filthy with bird poo.
Two large holes in grass outside caravan which someone could break an ankle, as it was we only had a bad sprain.

We stayed at Whitley Bay. Unfortunately it's right on top of a main road, so no peace and quiet. The swimming pool is old and there's only one with no slides or a baby pool. The food is nice but pricey, £15 for a steak, £10.95 for a burger. The staff were very friendly and nice, so can't fault any of them. Whitley Bay on the hole was a lovely place. Not overly much to do but had some lovely walks and the beach is very long and nice on a dry day.
