This company completely scammed us. I booked 7 days meet and greet at Bristol airport this morning for 4am for my mother and children who had a flight at 0635. When they arrived, the phone number... See more

Shocking
Shocking! Really shocking! 2 hours waiting time car bumper damaged absolutely nothing i can do , dash cam disabled and data deleted! I really want to take to court but no idea where to start!
Please avoid
Avoid at all costs!
In this world you get what you pay for..... either an honest price for a good service or take the risk on a cheap price and accept that your car is probably being stored unprotected in a layby much to the unhappiness of local people and driven recklessly by uninsured people who more likely than not do not have the right to work in the UK. Then write a dreadful review of the company when it all goes wrong. Be careful with your valuable asset. Book parking via official websites or direct with airport..... otherwise you're just taking risks of ruining the beginning or the end of the holiday that you were looking forward to.
I would give this less than zero…
I would give this zero or more likely negative stars if possible. Returned to Bristol with two tired kids and took over 1.5hrs to turn up. And our car was caked in mud. Phone line is barely audible. And any response was outright rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Shoddy to say the least.
Rogue Traders
Rogue Traders - Not Worthy of 1 Star
These people should not be trusted and should not be trading. I would urge anyone who had a bad experience with them to formally complain to Trading Standards.
I booked in a hurry and did not do any research and am now paying the cost. Please do not make the same mistake I did.
Chronologically... the phone line that they use is of a very poor quality and the operator had a limited understanding and ability to speak clearly in English. I called 45 mins before as requested, and eventually understood that they wanted me to call back when I was 15 mins away which I did.
I then had to wait for over 30mins for the car to be collected. I was waiting with another person who had been waiting for 45mins.
I called them three times during that 30 min period. Once they said the driver was on his way. The second call when I said that he clearly hadn't been on his way they hung up on me. The third call they began to argue with me, at which point a SUV with three passengers pulled in, who turned out to be the drivers.
My heart sank.
They did not look like professional drivers. The driver of my car could not speak English and another driver had to explain to me that I had to go and pay for the short stay ticket. I argued that I'd pay a fiver, but as they'd been so late they would have to pay the excess.
I regretted this, when I realised that I'd probably annoyed them and was now leaving my family car with them.
At pick up, we rang as instructed from baggage reclaim and were told there would be a 25 min wait.
Then they called back and said that the car had now overstayed it's booking period with them (the flight was delayed into the next 24hr period, albeit only by 90mins) and that I'd have to give £20 cash to the driver to cover this.
I said I wasn't happy to do that and would do a bank transfer or card payment. That wasn't an option for them.
I began to argue, but realised that they still had my car and I didn't actually know where they are based as it doesn't tell you that anywhere on their website or on any of the booking forms/receipts.
Needless to say they didn't come within 25 mins of the second call, let alone the first call.
This was about 1.30am.
I called them four times.
They ignored three calls and said the driver was on his way on the one call they did answer.
In total they were over an hour.
I gave the driver £20, who then went to get on a bus back to wherever he had come from, in the bus passenger terminal.
The car was filthy on the outside, like it had been parked in a quarry.
On the inside there was an opened and empty pack of Soreen bars. There was the stalk and core of some fruit. There was a globule of something on the steering wheel that I failed to notice until I touched it.
I can't be 100% sure, but I would guess that the car had been driven a good 50 miles, or driven harshly for 25. The fuel range was 50 miles down on when I'd left it, but as I don't know where they parked it, I don't know if they were driving it around for fun, or that they parked it 25miles away.
The car didn't feel right driving, and two days later the engine management light has come on. To be fair, this might be a coincidence, and isn't necessarily a sign that they ragged my car around for fun.
In a nut shell, please, please don't leave your car with them.
They have zero customer relations skills.
At least one of the drivers cannot speak English. I'm not sure how he would have a UK drivers license. I've read on other reviews that there have been police and immigration raids on the business, and they do seem to fit the profile of those rogue companies that exploit immigrants.
I will be speaking to Trading Standards and other authorities about this company.
They do not provide the service that they claim they do on their website.
Awful, do not use!
Awful! Do not use.
Left stranded at 2.30am with a bunch of other families with young kids and babies for 2hours!! No communication about what was going on despite around 15 calls. Got to the point where we thought they’d pinched our cars and were going to call the police, when finally one of the cars showed up.
Having paid extra to use them for convenience at that time of morning we were completely gutted. Wish I’d seen these reviews first. Bristol Airport need to work to stop these scammers operating out of their site!!
Diamond meet and greet
This is a review about "Diamond meet and greet".
At drop off, the chap was pleasant and all went well. At collection, again phone answered promptly and politely , no problem.
At pick-up, I was met by a bolshy bloke who had an attitude and acted like you owed him a favour for paying £77 , so he could bring your car to you.
As said, drop off guy was great and so was the phone call for collection ( made call after case collection) but, although we got there as quick as we could , for bolshy guy this wasn't quick enough!
If i we weren't met by Mr Angry, then I would have given 5 stars.
Was still "only " charged £5 by Bristol Extortion (Airport), so there within 5 minute's.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they use illegal immigrants to transport the cars! Today was day the police decided to do a raid which unfortunately elongated our time at the airport.
As per instructions: on arrival ring the mobile number provided when cleared customs, which we did but the mobile was turned off, tried numerous time again nothing, to find five other customers having the same problem at the airport carpark.
One of the others rang on-site Police who mentioned the raid and to try the mobile number in 30mins, low and behold someone answered, but due to how long it would take with now limited staff some of us decided to visit the farm via a taxi (more expense on top) where the cars are parked or in my case parked in lay-by on the A38 midway between the farm and airport!!!! but I still needed my keys. Approx 1 hour later and help with my new friends I got my car back.
Police advice DO NOT USE non-airport regulated off site parking companies.
Poor Service
Wish I had seen these reviews before I booked. They call themselves "Meet & Greet" well there was no greeting and very little meeting. The guy who picked the car up only pointed and said nothing, he had no credentials either. The guy who dropped off did not apologise for the 45 minute wait, nor did the phone operator who just said all the planes had come in at once (wonder if air traffic control have the same problem) There are better companies than this - I will certainly not use them again. To add insult to injury you have to pay the £5 drop off parking ticket on the way in and out (so adda another £10 to your parking fee!)
Never book with this company
Never book with this company rang them at 20 past 1 then was told it’s a 45 minute wait to get your car. Useless service and a waste of money.
DO NOT BOOK
DO NOT BOOK
Waited an 1hr 15mins for car to be returned at 1am, they couldn't find our car, had no record of it.
SHOCKING, NEVER AGAIN!
Shocking service
Shocking service! We booked because we believed it was endorsed by Ryanair. We had to wait 1/12 hrs for our car to be picked up, when we had a flight to catch. Because they took so long we had to pay £10 parking charge on the way out when it should have been £5 and the expected £5 on the return. Despite contacting Ryanair with supporting evidence, they are just passing the complaint on to this company who send replies that don’t even make sense. Delivery of our car back on the return journey wasn’t much better. We were kept waiting for over 20 mins in the cold for our car at 3.30 am. Meet and greet is supposed to be what it says, meet and greet on arrival at the airport! Don’t use this company!
Dishonest company
Dishonest company . Yesterday they were subject to an immigration sting operation (ask the police) and cars were not returned to the airport . We had to get a taxi to a farm .They were rude throughout and one guy was actually shouting at me to get a taxi otherwise my car would not be returned . We shared our taxi with another chap who saw his car parked in a lay-by on the way to the farm . You could not make it up .
When we got to the farm keys were unsecured in an ice cream tub and other keys were just tucked under window wipers on the cars - bleary a dodgy set up . Police confirmed unsecured and advised against using non-airport regulated off site parking companies .
Got the car back after 4 hours but ruined our holiday .
DO NOT BOOK
Don’t give a care in the world about their customers!!! Drop off was ok, when they arrived to collect the car they told us we had to pay the £5 to get the car back out the short stay car park which is not listed anywhere that this is a requirement, same on collection, so it’s £10 extra before anything. Upton collection, we landed at 1:20am of which I called straight away to be told it was a 45 minute - 1 hour wait!! At 1:20 in the morning where only 2 flights had came in for the rest of the night. Told them I had a 5 month old baby and was not prepared to wait in the cold for an hour for my car back, basically got told to suck it up. Told them the whole point of booking meet & greet is so you don’t have to add an hour ontop of leaving the airport before getting your car back with buses etc. Spoke to some other people waiting who had already been waiting the hour and told their car had left when actually their car tracker showed it hadn’t and was parked 15 miles away!! Our car eventually turned up at 2:40am. After checking mileage and petrol before dropping off they had driven 16 miles and used 30 miles of fuel so must of been absolutely running it ragged. This company is fooling everyone who is thinking they are actually booking with a different meet & greet which isn’t located in the short stay and drop off bit of the airport. Do not book.
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. We waited over 2 hours to get our car back yesterday and there were many people in a similar situation. I think there may be a couple of companies calling themselves Bristol Airport Meet and Greet but certainly everyone in the short stay carpark pick up/drop off point seemed to be waiting for the same company to deliver their car back. No management available to talk to and the 'controller' we were directed to, told us that our cars were on their way back to the airport and would arrive in 10 minutes. She said the same thing for an hour.
Add £10 at least to the cost and expect rude service
First of all you have to add £10 at least on to the budget because you have to pay £5 to drop off and £5 to pick up your car from the short stay car park.
The service was confusing and communication was poor. We didn't know where to go and were told on our return that there would be a delay in our car being returned to us. You have to call them and then call them back when you're at whatever distance they choose. When we parked up we were all but ignored.
Having read the reviews I can see we got off lightly. The car was clean on return. The seats and mirrors had been moved but I don't mind that as it's been driven by someone else. I didn't check the mileage and wish I had.
NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN
Absolute shambles picking up my car. We were 1 of many who waited well over an hour for our car to be brought to airport. There were families with young children and older people left helpless as getting through to their contact no was a nightmare. Cars when dropped off are taken to a farm a distance away from the airport.
The 1 car returned to its owner had damage to its door.
This is the last thing you want after returning from holiday.
This is the WORST meet and greet…
This is the WORST meet and greet service I have ever used.
At drop off they took about 10 mins but at pick up they took over an hour.
When they arrived, the car was so muddy and dirty.
They had driven our car for 100 miles and used all our petrol. The car had rubbish left inside and all the seats were changed in position. The driver who dropped off the car was apologetic and told us to email and customer service will sort it out.
We also had to pay £20 in cash due to the delay in our flight, when I asked for a receipt they said to call customer service and they will email it.
To my shock despite numerous emails, I got no receipt of the £20 and no explanation about using my car for 100 miles. All I got as a reply despite my complain was an email saying as a goodwill gesture we will offer you 30% on your next booking. The bloody cheek of them. Do not use under any circumstances they are criminals. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked
Still waiting for car
Still waiting for car , over an hour after landing. Don't use this service if you want to get away quickly, very dissatisfied and annoyed!!
Disgusting service and liars!!
Drop off was fine. However 0n arrival i called them from the plane at 1.33pm and told car would be there in 25- 30 mins. 50 mins later still no car and rang them to say they are on their way 5- 10 mins. 20 mins later I called again! They are 5 mins away. A further 30 mins later my car arrived completely covered in dust, extra mileage on the clock and our mobile phone holder stolen.
We have no idea where our car was kept and when asking the drivers got different answers.
This is not a Meet and Greet service. We are contacting the police and airport security and we will never fly from Bristol again
