Ordered coat and no delivery after a month. No contact from Parka and emailed three times with no response.

Bought in Feb 2025 and unbuttoned on first wear and material tore

Beautiful coat, it would keep you warm in the Arctic! I accidentally ordered the wrong one and this was put right almost immediately by their excellent customer service team (Thanks Josh) - I can see this coat lasting me for years to come. Very happy

Due to a glitch when ordering my parka, the order wasn't put through in time before they sold out. Customer service said they would sort out everything and honour my order as soon as new stock was in.
Josh, true to his word, made sure everything was sorted out. Great coat. Great service.

Bought a Caversham Parka for my wife. Easy ordering and speedy delivery - the size guide on their website is accurate. The coat has great design details and style - and the materials look very high quality. The faux fur looks luxurious. Highly recommended.

I bought the jackson jacket. The coat is beautiful and fits fantastically, not to mention the construction is very solid. I had an issue with exchaning an item but the customer service was fantastic in sorting it out, (thank you hannah). I'm looking forward to having this coat a long time.

I have now purchased two men's coats from Parka London. I have found both of them not only fit really well but they are of high quality construction also. If you are looking for a classic coat but with extra little details to the trims etc then these are the coats for you!
Its nice that I can buy from a British company with high quality coats, which dont cost the earth! Bonus points :)
