i recently paid for meet and greet at…

i recently paid for meet and greet at one of the LHR terminals. Unfortunately the airline has changed our flights to go from another terminal.
I asked BCP if i could cancel for a total refund and they said yes. The reason for the refund was because they wanted another £76 for the same service but from a different terminal. The refund wasn’t it full as they kept £10 in a form of a voucher for me to use with any future bookings with them within 24 months. Be careful as they aren’t the best companies to deal with especially through a change which is totally out of your control. Very disappointed.

Used this company at Gatwick Airport and was not left secure

Used this company at Gatwick. Seemed professional at first however when the took my car to park elsewhere they forgot to lock the car. I know this as my car is connected to my phone and if left unlocked for more than fifteen minutes I get a text. I locked the car from my phone. Two days later I got another text to say that its been left unlocked again. This made me look at the vehicle log and the car had been moved twice during the morning.
I paid for this service in the assumption that my car would be secure however with the evidence i have got I know understand it was not. I will not use this company again.

Separate desks needed

Meet & great service at Newcastle is extremely good during daytime drop off . But collection during the early hours of the morning was a totally different matter. On returning from Cyprus to Newcastle after a extremely long day and late night flight feeling totally knackered, the last thing you want to face is people queing out the door? There were people arriving at the reception trying to drop off there cars and people returning from the holidays desperate to collect their car keys and get off home . The staff were great, polite & friendly,and trying so hard to please but! obviously completely overwhelmed with the amount of people . Please during busy times, separate the desks so you have the drop off & returning customer's separated it'll save a lot of time and upset.

MY CAR WAS STOLEN from their parking !
How it is possible? Secured parking ?
and they inform me 3 day after...

I left a car in Leeds M&G Airport Parking Services and the car was stolen...some guys stolen 60 pairs car keys and 2 cars couple days ago...

They told me, they refund me for locksmith,transport from airport...etc
and now they said they won't help me and they don't have time to speak with me ! nice service guys

not recommend at all !!!!!!!

£48 Charge to shorten my stay in car park !!!

I had paid £136 to park my vehicle at East Mids Airport for 1 month while visiting Spain. Unfortunately due to family reasons I had to alter my flight and return 2 days earlier. Maybe a refund due I thought? How wrong could I be ! they charged me £48 for amending my booking !!! Never Again will I use this outfit

Keen Rates Booking a car London park for a day out in LONDON, Gainsford st Tower Bridge Parking the website asked for flight numbers and times! There is NO WAY to miss this stage and if you dont fill it in the final part of the booking via email with a code doesnt arrive. BAD as by then they've taken your money and without the code you are forced to pay again on the day FULL RATE. The car park itself was great apart form some steep ramps that a low sportscar may not negotiate. Plus points, great location and its secure and manned 24hr.

Great Service!

We've never used a "meet and greet" service before but used BCP for our recent flight from Heathrow T5. Both drop-off and pick-up were seamless and we will definitely use again.

No refund for postponement: profiting from misfortune.

We feel like the company has milked us for profit and acted completely unreasonably and without compassion. Our holiday was postponed last minute for reasons beyond our control (COVID notification). To add to this upset, the parking provider was unable to refund, postpone or even give us a voucher for our airport parking - even for any fraction of the cost! This is apparently because we contacted them after the parking was supposed to have begun. This feels unnecessarily punitive and unsympathetic, given than we will not be occupying our booked parking space, which is obviously usable in our absence. We feel we are being punished for doing the right thing and sticking to COVID rules, and the company is profiting from our misfortune. The customer service advisor was not even able to offer a discount (beyond the modest one we are normally entitled to), although our qualm is not with her personally.

Used them a few times and never any problems. Drop car off across road from airport and it’s ready for us when we land. Great service and prices.

They took money for prebooking a car…

They took money for prebooking a car park that claimed they had never heard of them when I quoted the booking ref, I had to pay again to get out. Contacted BCP over a week ago, the silence is deafening. DO NOT USE.

Both BCP & Holiday Extras are not worth…

Both BCP & Holiday Extras are not worth booking with, if you pay the extra so you can cancel, they don't want to give you your money back, even though you have paid a little more so you can cancel, they want you to take vouchers so they can hold onto your money, this is not fair way of doing business in my opinion & many others, just have a look on Facebook.

Poor company with even lower morals

Like others i'm sure I paid for cancellation waiver. Was due to be flying at the end of May, that won't happen! BCP emailed a couple of days ago asking if I was still travelling, and stating that if not they will issue a voucher for parking and extra paid for cancellation waiver. In other words, they charge you for extra cover and then when they have to pay out on it, say sorry we're renaging on it but you can have the fee back in voucher value. Outrageous.

I emailed back explaining my situation and refusing a voucher but haven't even had a reply. I will be taking this further and hope others will take a similar stance. I know they are in a difficult situation but keeping customers money and giving no option but to accept it is not right. I will never use them again. (I borrowed most of this from another review but so true, at least I know I'm not the only one). Such a shameful stance, This company isn't struggling, they don't employ lots of staff, in fact most of there car parks are unmanned, and they were one of the first to Furlough staff.

Cancellation waiver not worth the paper it's written on

Like others, paid for cancellation waiver. Was due to go on package holiday with Easyjet on 7/5/2020 - clearly not happening, but Easyjet still not cancelling yet. Typical corporate behaviour…

I agree with others if you have taken out cancellation insurance & they have taken the money....Accepted the contract....then BCP (Holiday Extras) should give a full cash refund less the cost of the insurance part of the transaction.....Who knows when we will need airport parking again??......

Disgraceful customer services & I for one will be taking this yup with the media, Twitter, Facebook & any other source of media thats helps get the message out to the wider public.....

STOP BREAKING THE LAW & REFUND OUR MONIES !!!....WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER

Covid19 Potential abuse of situation

Not usually one to post reviews but seeing as BCP are 11p per minute and you cant get through and have took down anyway of contacting them other than to cancel my booking in exchange for a unwanted credit note I have no choice! I have paid for cancellation insurance BCP. Way before any Coronovirus outbreak. Therefore I want my money back. Profiteering off the back of a national emergency like this? really? I can understand perhaps if not taking out the insurance but isn't that what it's for??

NO REFUND

NO REFUND? Bcp email us to say we need to cancel booking due to covid and they will waive all cancellation fees. We cancel and now they wont refund the room and parking rate we paid? Is that a joke? This needs to be resolved and policy amended. This is a terrible way to treat customers that are already fighting to receive refunds for flights and hotels for their missed holidays.

Covid was not even on the radar when we booked this months ago so we had no idea this could be an issue. This is totally unnacceptable. Again, as has been stated by others, we have paid for a service that is not being provided. They told us to cancel and now this?
How can they think this is fair? Disgusting behaviour. Cannot be allowed to get away with it.
Oh and they are not accepting phone calls either?

Coronavirus and cancellation fees

We have had to cancel our holiday because of the Coronavirus. BCP are charging an admin fee for us to cancel the parking at the airport , they say it’s because we didn’t pay for cancellation cover. If it wasn’t for the current Coronavirus situation we would still be going . We are not cancelling through choice . You are making a profit out of this whole situation which is disgusting. All other companies are bending over backwards to try and sort out things and waiving extra fees like this why is BCP still insisting on making a profit out of it .
