Attention - Never again - Theft

We have handed in our vehicle and left no objects free and visible in the car. We only had a battery air compressor in the trunk. This was stolen. In addition, a towel was used by us, it was really dirty. I asked Park and Fly for clarification. It would be my fault to leave things in the car. However, I wonder what Park and Fly has to do in my trunk? Be careful with park and fly!! Never again.

Used all the fuel in my car, left with dead battery so couldn’t drive to fill up. Offered to lease me a car after they been had been driving my car adding many KMs and leaving with zero fuel. Second time we’ve had an issue when car was driven they denied last year. So took picture of mileage and fuel, still denied it when done again. Awful and cannot be trusted, amazing when you question, everyone suddenly can’t speak English. Do not use.

didn’t park it inside but i paid for undercover parking, then lied about it, were waiting ages for them to come and get us,,, then driver drove like he wanted us all to die with his phone on his ear. dodge company. do not trust them.

Booked through RACV at a reasonable price. When we arrived, we were rushed to get into the transfer vehicle, even though we had hours till our flight. I almost left my hand luggage in the car by being urged to hurry up. On our return we did not wait too long for pickup which was good as very cold. The driver then took us back to the parking location and omg he was not great. Exceeded the speed limits several times and did not drive smoothly using the brakes overzealous. When we got back, he then said I owed another day's parking fee as I was later then my specified pick-up time due to flight delay. I reluctantly paid even though I queried it. On looking at the receipt the amount, they say I paid is actually less the extra fee I paid so wondering if this some sort of scam. I have written to them, but they said I need to ask RACV as I booked with them which is total rubbish as Park and Fly are the ones who charged me another day's parking fee for 2 hours and they are responsible for the bad staff. Do not use this company as there are plenty more parking locations available in the area with much better customer service.

Avoid this place – no security, no responsibility

I used this Park & Fly in Paphos from 07/11/2025 (04:40) to 09/11/2025 (08:15) with my Mercedes ML 2014 (NZK542).

When I returned:
• My car was parked in a different spot from where I left it – clearly moved by their staff.
• I found visible damage on the front left bumper (around €300 to repair).
• There were no CCTV cameras, no visible security, no staff on site at the time.
• The area is basically an open field with cones, no proper marked bays, no real controlled access.
• Another car on site was also visibly damaged, with no way for the owner to be informed.

When you read their terms, they accept no responsibility for any damage, theft, fire or incidents, while at the same time claiming the right to move your car whenever they like. In practice this means:

They take your keys, move your car, provide no security, and if anything happens, you are completely on your own.

In my opinion, this is not a professional or trustworthy service and offers no real protection for your vehicle. I would not use them again and I cannot recommend anyone to trust their car there.

Don't ever leave your car there. We got a big scratches. Also someone was using the car. It was left with opened window so the roof came down. Im shoked also of arrogant staff. Not friendly. Called me loca when I've asked about service. Avoid please them. We will finish our contract and will never go back

AVOID!!! Unfortunately we booked this car park by mistake. The first shock was the distance and how bad this place looks. We weren't expecting such a bad service! Instead of a bus they have filthy old vans with 12/13 seats only. Wait of 40 min. to get into the van. Zero organisation of where or what time you get the van at. And we literally had to argue people trying to skip us even though we were waiting for longer on the way back. When finally arrived to get our car it was filthy! Worse car park I have ever used. Never again.

I have been using Park and Fly for some while, for a long time without issue but the last few times I've had a few issues.
Money missing from the vehicle *a small pot with 1.change for parking, shopping trolleys ect.

On reporting issues with the desk the reply is always, write to the owner of the buisiness, something in my opinion the staff should do as I am not the only one with the same issues.
The service is very good, but at a cost......

I have now for 6 years been a customer of this company, I have paid for my car has been parked in the parking house. However, it has been found that this is not always the case.

most times I have picked my car has been so dirty that I had to drive past a car wash before I could run on home.
This year I decided to move my car to another company, but it turned out then that I could be released from my contract without paying for parking on a daily basis (about 150 € per month) although they were aware of these many errors and poor service.
I will here just to warn others to use Park & ​​Fly in Palma airport, if you have a car, you want to have parked. There are several other, better offers.
