The last 3 times I've picked up my car it's been damaged every time,this time it's pretty much the whole side and they've tried to pull the dents out and paint it.

Do not use Lowcostparking Alicante! They have taken money for the new mandatory system V16 Beacon and disappeared into silence... so they can choke on my €63

I have left my car here at lowcostparking.es in Mallorca a few times. It was better when you parked your own car but now you have to leave it and they park it up.
So, I left my car at the end of this October 2025. The front of my car a Saab 93 had a complete brand new bumper, lights and grill. Only fitted a couple weeks before leaving it with them.
On my return the car was parked front bumper against a fence and old tyre which was hiding the damage they had caused to the lower nearside bumper.
Having informed them in writing with picture, they have just totally ignored me.
Will never use them again.

A very bad experience. They damaged my car and didn't say anything about it. After I informed them, they didn't respond. A truly idiotic company; choose someone else to park your car. There are plenty of other companies.

Came back from UK and my catalytic converter had been stolen. Apparently over 20 cars have been done recently. Avoid at all costs

One star is to much! After using them for a number of years I feel they have gone totally down hill. Quoted one price then charged more when I went to pay. Their money machine in the office swolled 100€ giving no change and was told to email to get my money back after emailing them numerous times with no reply. Also strange that they feel the need to unplug my dash camera??

A 1 star review is 1 star too much.
I have two seperate damages on the car during parking at Low Cost Parking Alicante.

An Example of the reaction of the manager :
Besides, we are not to blame for the other car hitting it. Since you took photos, you could also have taken a photo of the other car's number plate so that your insurance could claim it from you and the other car's insurance could pay for the repair of your car.

So, Low Cost Parking parks my car and the car behind.
They damage my car and they are not taking any responsibility.

My Audi has been transported from Alicante to the Netherlands.
At home I see 2 types of damages on the car.
In the front and at the back.
The chauffeur sent my pictures that they were already on the car when he collected the car at Alicante Parking.

The reaction of Low Cost:
We have not caused any damage to your vehicle.

When there are problems on the car they are not taking there responsibility.

The rest of the service is fine.
The transportation to and from teh airport is very good. Always on time and never had any issues.

It's hilarious, at their Son Oms branch in Mallorca, they park customers' cars on public roads and charge for it. Hahaha Photo attached

I would like to warn everyone not to use LowCostParking in Alicante. They cannot offer secure parking. When I went to pick up my car on March 5th, someone had stolen my catalytic converter. The company refuses to compensate me for the problem this has caused me. They refer to my car insurance but they do not want to cover the costs of the deductible and the extra costs I have incurred due to their lousy security! Incredibly lousy handling! be careful with parking at lowcostparking.es alicante, have some friends who had to pick up their car, there were some who had stolen their exhaust catalytic converter, when I picked them up, I could see there were several cars missing their exhaust catalytic converter, all of their holiday was unfortunately ruined

Top Service today, they looked @ my little van and reduced instantly the rate quoted without asking - they said, no need to pay 25% surcharge it's not big enough. I been asked to get my luggage out, while they they change the booking, transfer was waiting....Many thanks again! If i get offers to have my motor mot'd i would be surprised- it's on german plates .....

Two stars for taking care of my car and delivering it timely.
Minus three stars for relentlessly spamming my mailbox with offers I'm not caring for. For relentless reminders about my car having to go to ITV. Even after it passed the ITV. Please stop! I can do that myself and I know when.
You lost a customer because of this and because there are way cheaper offers just down the road. I only wanted parking, not your pathetic offers all the time.
