Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service
My experience with Parque Warner has been deeply disappointing — not because of the park itself, but due to the lack of professionalism and care from the customer service team.
I’ve been waiting over three weeks for a response to a request, without even receiving a confirmation email. Both the person who initially assisted me and the staff at the park’s service desk assured me that the issue would be resolved without any problem. Unfortunately, this has proven to be untrue.
The solution I’ve been offered is not acceptable nor practical. I’ve already visited the park twice this year, and due to personal circumstances (I live in Seville and my children live in another city), it is impossible to reschedule a family trip. Moreover, the proposed solution is only valid until the end of the season, which makes it even less useful.
I also do not understand the amount I am being charged, and I have received numerous confusing emails from Warner, making it extremely difficult to follow all instructions clearly.
This is a significant financial burden and has caused unnecessary stress. I expected better treatment and more understanding from a park that promotes itself as a family-friendly destination.
I do not recommend visiting, and I will be filing a formal complaint.
