Ordered an 8 piece brake rotor combo

Ordered an 8 piece brake rotor combo. Only got 6. Reached out to customer support and they said to blame FedEx. Blame the shipping company for a sealed package that was missing items? Use this place at your own risk.

If I could give this company NEGATIVE…

If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars, I would. I made a purchase for some car parts in April, after being assured by their rep that these were the correct parts. $660 later they were NOT! Company refused return stating that they had been used. The mechanic took the parts out and attempted to install but they would not fit. How do you classify this as used. They refused to give my my money back after returning the parts to them. I would NOT have ordered the parts if not ONE but TWO representatives assured me that they were a match for my car. I have the text transcript and yet the company still says it’s not their fault. What a bunch of BS!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. Deceitful and untrustworthy.

complete steering kit purchase

I purchased a complete steering kit that says garenteed fit for a 1982 f150. This included the tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, sleeves. I wasnt able to install right away and now the 30 day return isnt possible. All of this kit fit except the four ball joints. I paid $113.00 for the kit and then had to pay another $191.00 for the ball joints. I cant return them now. I guess thats my burden to trust Partsgeek on a so called "exact fit" purchase.

Find parts easy for great price

Had to replace multiple parts on the front of my VW Passat 2.0 TDI after hitting a deer their site was incredibly easy to use making the parts very easy to find. Most importantly nearly all of the parts I bought were OEM and had hardly any markups compared to other online automotive parts stores

These guys are crooks and have the WORST customer service

I ordered a Tie Rod Assembly for a 4WD vehicle. Based on the image and description on their website, it was exactly what I needed. Parts geek sent me a completely different part for a 2WD, and it certainly wasn’t the assembly for even a 2WD, and they’re saying it’s all my fault for ordering it, and they won’t take it back! What kind of customer service is that?! Will NEVER order another part from you guys. Absolutely terrible

Double check part Number

If you order make sure you order correct part and make sure you check part as you only have 30 days to return . Don't trust website for correct part . 10 days over the 30 days and the Turbo I ordered is wrong and they will not HELP PUT ALL THE RIGHT INFO IN WHEN ORDERED

this place lies

this place lies, you can't return parts they swear it's the right part even though it doesn't fit. they charge restocking fees and you have to pay your own shipping. so on a $20 part that's a waste of time. they made the return process difficult and they lied to me telling me they would give me a credit and made me order the new part while I was complaining about the old part. and now I'm not getting a credit now they want pictures this all kinds of information they already have. do not recommend the prices are cheap for a reason cuz you'll get screwed

I ordered motor mounts

I ordered motor mounts, I provided the VIN to the car to ensure I got the correct ones. They sent the wrong parts. They want me to pay shipping back and a restocking fee. This is not my mistake, these are heavy parts, it will cost nearly the price of the parts before the restocking fee. it is impossible to get any resolution. New parts straight to the trash.

Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this store. Purchased door panels and handles. The two did not match and the panels came damaged. Even for damaged parts, they make you pay to ship it back and a 20% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY

Wasted $ on expedited delivery

I have ordered parts from them several times, but will not be giving them business in the future.
My first orders arrived in a timely manner, and were in good order. However, my most recent order has soured me on dealing with them. After paying for expedited shipping for two small items, which are keeping me from reassembling my vehicle, one arrived late, and the other still has not been shipped. Their so called customer service is a joke. I don't want to play a multiple choice game with an online form, I want to be able to tell someone exactly what the issue is, and get a response. I don't like paying for something that I did not receive, either. From what I can see from other reviewers, this is a common problem. I will buy the needed part locally, and eat the cost, rather than put myself through the agony of dealing with Parts Geek's so called customer service system.

Forced to pay for their mistake

Terrible return policy!Review Body:The Issue: PartsGeek shipped the completely wrong part from their warehouse. The Support: I was forced to handle the entire return process online through their website. The Rip-off: They refused to cover the return shipping costs, meaning I had to pay out of pocket to return an item I never ordered. The Verdict: Avoid this company. They will make you pay for their own warehouse fulfillment errors.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Buyer beware. Here it is straight. Their warranty is buried somewhere deep inside their website. I still can’t find the link for it. So here’s where it gets crazy. On the checkout page your given an option to buy an extended warranty. What it doesn’t tell you ANYWHERE on the checkout page or anyware on the product pages is that there’s already a 1 year warranty. There’s no link on the check out page to there one year warranty policy. Why not? I got the answer. So that people will unknowingly purchase the extended warranty. It’s nothing but a setup

Screwed me out of $300+

They sent me the wrong item. Immediately, I initiated a return and sent the item back to them.
They denied the refund because the item was -as they said- “not in the original condition”
They told me that since I don’t have any pictures, they cannot process the refund. This is after they sent me the wrong item, which they acknowledged, and I sent it back the next day. Terrible company in my opinion, avoid at all costs.
