Package never arrived, customer service refuses to issue a refund. Avoid buying from them...you have been warned !

Great sales photos of quality products, but what you will get is a mystery.

Returning products, even if they are of poor quality, is usually not possible and if you do, you will only be refunded about 60% of the product price, you will not get back shipping and return costs.

Customer service is very poor, they do not answer questions, especially returns or order cancellations are prevented by all means.

If you are looking for quality products; do not buy here, if you are looking for products whose quality is a mystery, you can buy them here for very high prices.

Not a reliable merchant, the operation mostly feels like a scam.

Shipping is really expensive and cheaper option would be handy if not in rush for it

Ordered a replacement idler pulley for my 2005 2.4 Mivec Outlander.
PartSouq website lists Idler PU159026RR1HY7 as a substitute for OE part MD374877.
The dimensions of the parts are as follows:
MD374877: ID (Bore) = 17.5mm, OD = 80mm
PU159026RR1HY7 : ID (Bore) = 16mm, OD = 90

Partsouq did not assist with an order change

My intention is to always place one consolidated order where once it lands in my country i only pay one set of import tax and duties. I placed the order initially on the 17th Jan-25 but unfortunately i needed to order another part and tried to have both orders combined (782748 + 782621) so that i can save on both freight and taxes + duties.

There was enough time to cancel both orders and re-order as one shipment in which i kindly asked the agent if I can proceed and cancel both and re-order as one. I was then told no, it has to ship separately.
The order was not to be dispatched until the 20th Jan-25. There was more than enough time to cancel the order and re-order, since then I had to pay large amount of duties for two separate orders where I could have bought the parts locally instead.

This made me very upset and disappointed. I have been ordering through Partsouq for years and this poor customer service has costed me a lot of money.

I will no longer be placing my orders through Partsouq and will be buying from elsewhere going forward.

Getting my parts fast and on urgent shipping

I have been purchasing from this site for a few years.
Mostly no dramas other than occasional incorrect clip here and there.
Of recent had incorrect items arrive a few times and near on impossible to get assistance to rectify.

Last occasion had to write off $200 USD worth of wrong parts not including shipping and duties.

I only shop local Toyota now as it works out close to similar cost and direct face to face knowledge.

Great to get part numbers from, but again double check to be sure as been caught out

Easy to find and buy parts.
Only downside is the minimum order quantity requirement for some parts.
