I just want to say a big thank you to you for such great customer service. We were very late organising a party for our daughters birthday but ordering from you made it so easy. The items arrived in time and were perfect. My daughter absolutely loved her Harry Potter themed party and actually wanted to keep the party table cloth instead of our normal one! I was very impressed with the quality of the items too. So thank you so much, I’ll definitely be ordering from you again.

Put in an order for my birthday party for some hats with quite short notice. It has been promptly dispatched in time and the quality and price are very good.

I used this company as they had a good choice and cheaper prices than other party shops online.

I ordered next day delivery due to fears about postal strikes and not getting goods on time.

Upon ordering I didn’t receive a confirmation mail so emailed the company. I received an almost immediate response telling me they’d received my order, goods would be with me next day and the confirmation email may have gone to my junk email, which sure enough it had.

I received items yesterday, as promised, with DHL who give frequent updates on delivery.

My items were packed in a big box with another empty box folded on top to ensure the good didn’t move and get damaged in transit.

I haven’t fully opened all packs yet but the items look to be good quality and many are the same party brand as other more expensive party stores so I have faith they’ll be fine!

I ordered loot bags assuming they were plastic. They arrived and turns out they were very poor quality recycled paper bags. Two of them tore before I even took them out the packaging. Nowhere on the site did it say they were paper. I emailed customer services for a refund and have been waiting for a response for 2 weeks now. Poor product, poor service, will steer clear of them in future.

I was let down at the last minute by another company for partyware needed for 20th September. None of my local shops had what I needed and found online that Party Puffin had exactly what I needed (football partyware). I ordered from them yesterday, requested next day delivery and they did indeed get it to me today in less than 24 hours. Very happy, thank you.

I have ordered some outer space theme party supplies for my sons birthday. I received the parcel few days after. Did not realise until the night before the party that the outer space candles were missing from the package. I have emailed them about it but got no response.
I was so disappointed that the item I've paid for, was not it in the parcel. Disappointed with the poor service you provide as well.

Problem with delivery resolved quickly
There are some reviews about poor customer service with delivery problems. We had a problem with our delivery NOT down to Party Puffin BUT THE COURIER DELIVERED TO THE WRING ADDRESS . Party Puffin resolved our issue & sent out a replacement.

Absolutely brilliant company and amazing customer service

Placed an order and paid £7.95 for next day delivery and the order didn’t arrive!!! phone lines close at 3.30pm according to answerphone so nothing I can do today very disappointing service especially as was assured the items would arrive

I was let down the day prior and suddenly had need of many balloons and not alot of money to spend, as well as needed the weights. They were priced reasonably, and they arrived very quickly. I emailed them a query in the meantime and they were very prompt in reply. The balloons were nice, packaged well and look lovely all done up. And I liked the weights better than the ones from the shops. Thank you party puffin for saving the party 🥳

Ordered a few Lego style party pieces- hats plates lootbags tablecloth etc. Great to find it all in one place, arrived quickly. I didn't receive an email confirmation but a quick phonecall to partypuffin sorted that out and I knew my parcel was on it's way. Will be using them again. Can't beat the value

I want to thank the team for my items arriving in time for my daughters birthday party, I placed an order online and the payment didn't go through and I was unaware, when I phoned to see where my order was they advised me the payment didn't go through, I was then in panic mode as the party was 3 days away, I made payment and they promised to get items to me in time, that they did and they arrived the next day!! I would defiantly rate this company and a very positive experience 😀

I just wanted to thank the team at party puffin!

I only place an order 4 days ago for my son's birthday supplies and receive it this morning! It all looks fantastic and I'm really happy with my order. You are by far the cheapest supplier around your customer service is amazing!

I forgot to add some foil balloons to my delivery so i emailed to see if they could be added and Ben from the team responded so quickly through email and phone calls to get them added to the order so extra thanks to Ben.

I will always use party puffin for party supplies now and will tell all my family and friends what a brilliant company you are.

Quick delivery, contents all there and as described on the website. Good quality and competitive price

Ordered on 11th Feb, it states all order should arrive within 5 working days of order date, it is now the 24th Feb, no order has arrived, no email confirmation and no tracking details, money has been taken from my account, I have called the company neumerous times, and emailed them so several occasions as well - no response - looks like i'm going to have to go back through paypal to get my money back!!!!! Disgusting behaviour.

I am unable to find fault with the company. Customer service team are more than helpful.
Superfast delivery and high quality items - would highly recommend to anyone!

They had a price match policy, which was a load of crap. They took it down after I contacted them.

Worst of all, they didn't have the courtesy to tell me they were no longer doing this etc and that it was a mistake on the site.

FYI, there are much much cheaper places to buy with better customer service.
