This software is an absolute waste of time and the company that sold it to me do not reply to their support email address when I asked for advice. I bought the software to help me recover a lost password to an Excel spreadsheet. After 3 weeks the software was still circling around testing 5 digit combinations and never progressed beyond that. I even shut it down and re-started it for a second time and after 19 days it was still doing the same. Don't waste your money.
