I transfer to my other bank as payit/ratibi was my salary card. it floated for more than 1 month. everytime i call "its under investigation, another emails has been sent, we will check what happened, we don't have this in our hands". So many excuses because they never wanted to fix the issue. It not even a small amount. I have to work for that salary. Now another issue as occured. It say failed transaction but deducted to my account. Now i have to call again to have my money.
