Last monday i did transaction through payit wallet. But, they showing the transaction will be failed. Then, they hold my money and didn't give moneyback.. If i try to customer care. They are poor services. They are not attending calls.. They are not giving the customer's time value.. I faced same kind of issues last April.. Since april they hold my money. The only way to contact you when there's an issue is through Email which quite literally NEVER gets any feedback. As I'm typing this, I'm on hold for over 30mins just trying to get a basic service from you people. It's really unfortunate that you advertise products that you're not available to support when help is needed. I hope this review helps bring attention to your horrible unavailable service.

I arranged for the delivery of my physical card of (Payit) yesterday And they never delivered it due to a supposedly incorrect address when they called me and I gave the address again in advance, it's not complicated, so they brought the card to my house today, which I couldn't do. Receive it because I'm working and I told the driver to bring it to where I am which is only a kilometer away even though I have my ID with me and he completely refused, very bad service and experience Very disappointed with the bad treatment even when it's not my fault .

It’s been three days, and my application is still “under review.” No updates. No communication. No explanation.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s deceptive marketing.
When a financial service makes promises it can’t keep, especially about time-sensitive approvals, it puts users in a tough spot. I planned things based on their timeline. Now I’m left waiting, wondering, and frankly, regretting trusting this app at all.
If you’re going to push out flashy notifications, make sure your backend can deliver. Otherwise, you’re just another fintech with a shiny UI and broken trust.
