Because there is no way to change the way of undergoing the procedure and no way of choose the type of document and issuing country. That leads to unacceptable combination. I deposited €40,000 from my personal account on 27.02 to be credited in USDC on Binance.
They are deliberately delaying the review of my documents, keeping my money hostage without any valid reason. I submitted official notarized documents, provided a crystal-clear explanation regarding the source of my funds, yet they continue to stall with zero transparency and no clear resolution.
This is nothing short of fraudulent behavior. They are blocking my money, causing massive financial damage, and their so-called "support" is completely useless—offering nothing but vague responses and empty promises.
Paymonade is dangerous—they can freeze your money indefinitely, even when you comply with all their demands. If they do not resolve this immediately and release my funds, I will escalate this matter legally and expose their practices everywhere possible.

This private company, that has firmly stuck to Binance, requires strictly confidential data on the company's source and income, including my pension (!), to open an account, explaining this as "anti-money laundering".
I sent them a copy of my canadian passport, permanent residence permit in Germany, proof of my address, etc.
Аt the beginning paymonade required verification with ID, I tried many times and the picture was good Then I got a message that verification was successful Then I got a letter from paymonade that I failed verification.
Now they want my bank statements for three months, copy of my pension statements etc., etc.!
This company most likely works for communist China or the Russian KGB.
Be careful with them. I terminated all "verifications" which they are required and closed my account with them.

The first time, when I provided my passport photo and selfie, the code arrived within seconds. Now, after this issue has occurred, I have no way to contact the platform. After my identity "was verified" I made a transfer after which there was a follow-up verification as if they didn't know there'll be a need for source of funds proof before that. After a couple of hours the transfer failed because some limit was exceeded. As if there was no expected sum in the transfer setup before that. The service's a joke.

Can't sell Crypto
I bought some crypto through Binance, using an ANZ debit card. However, when I came to sell it, Paymonade said that they could not deposit the funds into an ANZ account. They had no suggestions other than to go to another bank and open a new account.
So now I cannot convert my crypto back into NZD.
