I have lost my money
I sold my Crypto on Binance and was taken to Paymonade Tech to transfer payments from them to my bank. It turns out Paymonade does not accept NZ Bank cards. Lucky, I had my WISE payment visa debit card and was accepted.
The transaction was processed on 16th November. The money did not show in my card or on my Wise Statement. WISE system did detect the payment, but it was cancelled because they were unsure where the payment is coming from and because my name is Muhammad.
Anyway. I contacted Paymonade through their shitty customer support email system only. So, you cannot talk to anyone. and every time the customer service people demand proof of funds cancelation which I have provided. But every time they ask for this, and I have not been able to progress beyond this. I just hate this... This is our hard-earned money. and they just don't care. They should at least have a contact number where you can call. I think they want to save most of their money and expenses.

The worst Payment solution one can ever…
The worst Payment solution one can ever find.
I took a withdrawal from Binance and one of the options there was Paymonade, the withdrawal was done last Friday and ever since, the money is nor in my bank account or back in my Binance account. The guys from Paymonade kept on talking nonsense providing me with ARN numbers. When I checked it with my bank, they didn't see any pending transactions with such ARN nor any movement from Paymonade so obviously, the money disappeared.

Paymonade works. I was able to convert USDT to EUR and transfer EUR to my EU bank account with the help of Paymonade. Within 1 minute! They offer a good exchange rate and charge a minimal fee (0.3 EUR). I am pleasantly surprised with the speed of the transfer and ease of execution.

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Went through the sign up and verification process, uploaded the requested information and documents, only to get a 'verification failed' notice. Contacted customer service, and was told 'Unfortunately, the documentation provided during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process did not meet our company's requirements.', but no reason why, and told 'our system currently does not allow for a reset of the verification process'. No reason why the requested documents weren't verified, no ability to correct it, or provide more supporting documentation.
You get one chance to guess what they will accept. Don't guess wrong! Hint: Government issued identification is not good enough.

Scam, do not sell through Paymonade
I have sold USDC through Paymonade and I still have not received my money on my bank account, even though I gave them my card details(which they probably will misuse in the future for illegal activities). I have contacted Customer Support twice, for the first time they have said that the money was sent and resolved the ticket, the second time they havent even replied. Stay away from Paymonade.
EDIT: Paymonade claims to check in with your bank, but I have done so and they do not see any pending transactions. Do not trust what they say please.

Haven't received crypto payout
Haven't received crypto payout in my account! Should have gone through straight away given it was a credit-card payment.
Also, the system has created 2 accounts and I cannot delete one or merge them. I am unable to sell crypto because to this issue with their system which is costing me 100's of $ every second they don't reply!

It works (fast) but not with the displayed rates
It works and partially also very fast, but they may give you up to 1% less then displayed on Binance so be careful and don't see them as the cheapest option to buy, for example, USDC directly, they are not.
I was sending 500€, after fees and with the current rate, binance calculated I should get 546 USDC, but I only received 541 USDC, almost 1% less. Even at the moment of the transaction, I should have gotten 545,8 with the rate at that moment. So be aware that you will always get a little less than they show.

Account terminated sent an email asking why and the response is just pure rephrasing of “we value our customers privacy and security”. Absolutely no insight of the matter and no help. Guess I have a terminated account for the next year without a clue on why that is.
